33009 Conservation Dr. Millsoboro, DE 19966 House Rules/Lease Welcome to the Peninsula! We hope you enjoy your stay. 1. Enjoy your stay! 2. No smoking in house! 3. No Pets! 4. Check in is at 3pm…Check out is at 11:00 am. 5. We let you use our 4 guest passes. Additional passes must be purchased at the Front Desk of the Athletic Club. Please be sure to return the 4 passes to the hook before departing at the end of your stay. You will be charged a replacement fee if lost. 6. Front Gate phone number is 302-947-4456. 7. All sheets and towels need to be washed and folded. Place folded sheets on top of beds for next guests. 8. Please remove all trash and recycle and place in trash cans outside. 9. Relax and enjoy yourselves. The house is fully stocked. If you use last of something, please replace or let me know so we can restock. 10. Parking, 2 cars per driveway. Caution, no parking on circle. Security will leave you a note to move your car. More parking available to the right. No boat, mobile home, trailer or commercial vehicle parking is allowed in the community 11. Any fines charged to the owners as a result of your actions during your stay will be your responsibility to pay. 12. Porch doors…double check that they are unlocked. You might lock your self out of the unit. 13. Nothing is to be hung on the porch railings (no towels, wet suits, bedding..we get fined) Revised Rules & Regulations At the Board Meeting, held on March 27, 2013, the Board approved revised Rules & Regulations to improve and protect community harmony. This will be done by providing guidelines and a procedure to address conditions that disrupt that harmony. Also, two (2) resolutions were signed by the Board. One allows the Board to fine owners for violating the Rules & Regulations and the other to establish an enforcement policy. Please review the adopted Schedule of Fines Resolution, Enforcement Resolution, and Rules and Regulations. About the owner: We purchased our home at the Peninsula about 7 years ago and LOVE it. I am in Real Estate and enjoy getting to the beach as often as we can. We always have a houseful of guests and enjoy sharing our retreat with friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Our favorite is the Wave Pool. Our boys are 5 and 7 and just have a blast.
