This beautiful home is very private with a great location 45 min to Seattle, 1 1/2 to the ferry's to the San Juans Islands. The house is very well appointed and decorated in an Africa theme from the travels to that country. The main floor has a livingroom,dininig room with a glass table that seats 8. The kitchen with an island, a gathering table that looks onto a family room with cable tv and stereo. The back yard is very private, a covered entertainment area with gas firepit and BBQ and speakers.The upstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen, the master has a king bed with large bathroom, sunkin soaking tub, shower and walt-in closet. The office has a large wrap around desk, high speed internet and wifi. The house comes with utilitys, house keeping and yard maintainence. Mill Creek Town Center is within walking distance through trails, that offeres restaurants, shops and central market. There is a leaseless dog park across the street .A great spot to spend your summer.

Kathy's home was very much a home to us. She was very gracious and helpful with any needs or questions we had. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and the backyard backs up to a forest. Very private, yet very accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Easy access to Seattle. We would be very likely to rent this house again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Over the top first-class accomodations. We felt so comfortable and literally "at-home" in this gorgeous home in very secluded, extremely upscale neighborhood. Hiking trails galore just out the back, fabulous outdoor kitchen. First-class living at its finest. Just an outstanding place to stay if visiting anywhere in the Seattle overall metropolitan area, north to south. Very easy access to any major roads but tucked away in very quiet, friendly, scenic, lush scenery neighborhood. We were truly spoiled. Owner extremely easy to deal with, so friendly, professional and exceeded our every expectation. We visit Seattle annually and will never stay in a hotel again! Mill Creek has it going on. You must stay here - you will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, age 55+.

I want to say that the house is fantastic for a family vacation, comfortabel and very nice. For People, who love nice things and googd quality. We felt so comfortabel and find everything we need in this great house. Thank you, Kathy for this very good holiday vacation !! We stay two weeks and had barbeque outsiode with the host family of our daughter. We cook sometimes and enjoy the great inventare. Hope we can come back once a time !!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
