  My family had one of the nicest experiences in this special property. We have rented many condos in lots of different locations, but have never been treated as well as in this condo. The owner was accommodating to our late arrival time, and even surprised us with fruit, cereal, sweets, coffee, and other groceries so that we would have something to eat in the morning. That has never happened to us before. It was an unforgettable gesture that set the tone for the rest of the vacation. The condo itself was pristine, comfortable, and just the right size for a family of four. We had everything that we needed. The photos and listing were accurate in terms of both the appearance and the amenities. The neighbors were quiet and respectful too. As for the location, the condo was perfectly situated: close to the beach, close to the park, and close to the shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance - and what a pleasant walk it is! I would not hesitate to recommend this property, and as soon as we know what our plans are for next year, I plan to contact the owner to see if we can rent it again.

  I stayed at this attractive well located apartment this winter. The listing description was very accurate and the photos really reflect the way the apartment looks. The owner was always accessible, very kind and concerned, and always helpful to answer any questions. I would recommend this apartment to a friend or a relative, and I plan to return next year. The village is charming, I did not need or want a car, shopping is great, many restaurants, beach less than a five minute walk, and beach is for Key Biscayne residents only. Building and pool are always clean and well maintained. This is ideal for people who do not want to have to drive, seniors, families. Neighborhood quiet and well kept.

  This nice apartament is a as described, well maintained, clean and the location is withing walking distance of everything you might need, from groceries stores, restaurants, parks, beaches etc. But the best impression when you enter the property is the quality of the owner as a person. I for instance arrived very late at night with my family, after a long trip, everything was closed. I found the necessary groceries to statisfy immediate needs such as cereal, milk, fruits, orange juice etc. This detail, make you smile and set you up to start enjoying your vacation or whatever you are planning to do. Everything is in order, Wifi connection, complete kitchen, furniture etc. The owner calls you the next day gives you a visit, tells you about Key Biscayne, and is available for whatever you might need you, to make your stay the best possible. I will definitely rent again.

  The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The owner welcomed us with wine and fruit and we felt right at home. The pool was just like the picture and the beach was only a short walk away. The market and restaurants were all within walking distance. It was the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation and attend our daughter's graduation from the University of Miami. The owner was most accomodating. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable week.

  Perfect for our family getaway. Close to Miami and attractions, but away from it all. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Lots of great restaurants in the village with very friendly service. Walk or bike to everything. We look forward to staying here again.

  Location is great, close to beach, grocery and The Ritz Tennis. Price is reasonable, Mr? Blanco is very accomodating and gracious. The property is very well maintained. Overall a very good experience.

  We spent eighteen days in this paradise. Soft breeze, no bugs, quiet, upscale neighborhood, a short, short walk to one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world. The ocean was clear as a bell and the water was several beautiful shades of blue and green. Shopping and restaurants were super convenient and Miami and the fabulous Sea Aqaurium were less thatn a half an hour away. Our gracious host greeted us with coffee, pastries, fresh fruit and cookies.

  We have been vacationing in Key Biscayne and staying in this unit for a few years. When we arrive, the unit is spotless and there is welcoming basket of fruit and wine. Having the washer/dryer in the unit is a bonus and the open floor plan works great. The beach across the street and shops, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The unit is well stocked with linen and cookware so while we are here we want nothing but sunshine.

  Our stay in this little beautiful apartment was very pleasant and enjoyable. Not only for the place itself that is quiet, very well located and very well kept, but also for the kindness and responsiveness of our landlord who, since the first email, promptly answered all questions, gave us all information needed and kept in contact for the follow ups. He is definitely a special person and an added value to the property. We do recommend this option and also wish to go back soon.

  We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week and we wish we had more time to spend there. From beginning to end the experience was great, the apartment so neat and clean the location, the short distance to the beach is just like a tropical island. We will come back and recommended to our friends. An A+ experience.
