Kona Bali Kai 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom + Lanai Condominium is DIRECT OCEAN FRONT with a little patch of grass between you and the seawall. There are not many properties with ocean fronts that do not look into each other. You have your very own view all to yourself. This is Direct Ocean Front with the water or should I say the waves crashing at your front doors. All this will make your stay the best at and a Great Price also. You have your little peice of one of the most beautiful places on this earth Kona #303.
Our condo has had a complete remodel. New custom cabinets in Kitchen & Baths with granite counters, and new custom tiled showers in both baths & glass block enclosure. Last all new floor tiles in all rooms. There is a 37' flat Screen TV & DVR. for intertainment if your visits keep you long enough for that. Each Room has overhead Fans and a new, available AC unit. We hardly ever use the air just the fans seem to do it for us, with the trade winds most of the time that is enough. We also provide free free Wi fi.
The property sits right on and next to Banyan Beach. When you get out on the lanai you will be watching the surfers while eating your meals or just sitting and reading a good book taking in all the beautiful water sights. Your parking is free ground level under the units. When you arrive you will get a parking pass for the time of your stay from the front Desk and have it in your car window at all times. Make sure while checking out the sites you watch for the turtles at high tide when they come in to eat and sometimes they will beach themselves at the north end beach of the property and sun with the guests. If you grill try and get back to the unit by 7pm or so for the greatest SUNSETS in the world on the lanai. You will eat out and have great sites but this is the ONE of the BEST SUNSET Spots you will see on the Island.......
The Living Room and Master Bedroom each have floor to ceiling sliders with direct access onto the ocean facing lanai with
Sunset OceanFront views.
On the lawn area there are gas grills for all to use and share. Good way to get to know where your fellow travelers are from and where they have been or where they are going.
There are tide pools and sandy areas worth checking out if you are looking for something to do on the property otherwise check out the travel books and you are close to several great snorkle and swimming srufing beaches. Now do keep your eyes on the turtle watch at all times at most of the beaches and all around the Kona Bali Kai oceanfront......
