  Love this condo!!!! It was the first time we have been to Orange Beach in 10 years. It was a great place for our family vacation. The kitchen was perfect! Our adult daughters loved brining their husbands and reminiscing! Accomodated everyone beautifully! Can't wait to go back next year.

  I stayed in this condo this past April. I am from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and this was my first time traveling to Alabama and I am so glad that me and my girlfriends chose this condo for our girls getaway! The condo was beautiful, clean and everything that the description said it would be. The balcony has a fantastic view of the beach and the pool, and we spent almost every night having drinks out there. The facilities at the condo were incredible as well. The beach was so relaxing and both the indoor and outdoor pools were very clean (I'm a bit of a germophobe but I had no complaints whatsoever). I can't even describe how pleased I was with this condo. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean condo with a great location for a beach getaway.

  Stayed there for our Spring Break vacation in April 2012 and it was perfect. It fit 2 families (4 adults & 3 kids) perfectly. I thought the 9th floor would be too high up, but it turns out that it was the best because we could see boats and dolphins and didn't have to see everyone at the pool unless we chose to look down at them. It was very clean also. Be sure to bring binoculars. The building indoor & outdoor pools were very nice, but we liked the beach the best. Would definitely stay there again.

  My husband and I are from Wisconsin, and boy were we in need of a friendly warm weather break. Orange Beach and this condo delivered! This condo was spacious and gorgeous. Wait until you see the master bedroom looking out onto the waterfront terrace. Loved lounging out there day and night! The beach was bright white and intense blue. We swam every single day. Ahhhh. We also used the 2 pools - indoor and out. Of course, when we weren't relaxing on the beach, we were busy roaming around town and trying out restaurants, shopping, and fishing. BTW, this condo even has a gym where you can get a good workout - huge plus for my husband.

  Beautiful condo. It was as advertised and then some. It accommodated three couples very comfortably. The view was fantastic. A great experience; one that I am recommending to all of my friends.

  While staying at this terrific condo-- all I kept thinking about was how amazing this trip was for our family. We didn't need to leave the beautiful surrounding area and the gulf was beautiful. This condo felt like a resort and all the comforts of home. I will keep returning to this condo because I can enjoy the comforts of a resort and entertain my guests as well. I will be booking again very soon so I can reserve a space for my family.

  Spacious and comfortable condo. Very nice accommodations. Enough space for 2 families to share. The balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy a meal as you look down on the beach. A beautiful and peaceful view! Phoenix VI has nice common areas, pool and easy beach access. Good location. Easy to get to shops and restuarants and walking access to many places. Enjoyed my stay.

  First visit to Orange Beach! Great experience started at the front desk - Staff was incredibly helpful and gave us a drawn map of the fantastic restaurants (Sea 'N Suds and Original Oyster House are amazing, do not miss out!) and must-sees around the area. First words that came to mind when we walked into the condo - Bright and Sunny. Decor was homey, large master bedroom with balcony excess, great water pressure from the showers and kitchen came fully equipped with everything that you need to make a full meal. We cooked breakfast just about every morning and enjoyed our meal on the balcony - since we were on a higher floor, the gorgeous view of the white sand and a big blue ocean went for miles - Life felt perfect. Overall a very relaxing experience. We had a fantastic vacation without missing the comforts of home.

  What a place! My children and I had a wonderful vacation here. The condo is extremely comfortable with anything you could need. Spacious and gracious! The view is spectacular -- the ocean stretches out blue and inviting right off the breezy terrace. The beach is spectacular with white sugar sand and it is right outside the condo. The outdoor pool is sparkling and right on the beach. For those rare rainy days there is an indoor pool. There is so much to do. Tons of restaurants, including kid friendly ones. Go-carts, fishing, walks to explore. My children did not want to leave.
