A three bedroom luxury oceanfront condominium on the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The unit boasts four TV's, one in each of the three bedrooms and a fourth in the main livingroom. Located on the sixth floor of this twelve story building, this unit provides beautiful views of the beach and ocean, including stunning ocean sunrises. On site garage parking is provided on the first several building levels.
Each of the three bedrooms includes it's own attached bath. The master has a King bed, flatscreen TV and, located ocean front, provides stunning ocean and beach views with direct access to the patio via it's own slider. The second and third bedrooms have Queen and Twin beds, respectively. Each also has its own 32 inch wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The twin bedroom has a DVD player linked to the room TV.
The familyroom living area includes floor to ceiling windows over entire ocean front side with slider access to the outside patio deck. This room has a dinning table with seating for six and additional bar stool seating for three via an open counter top with direct access to the kitchen. The familyroom TV here has both DVD and tape player components.
Family dining is a snap via the kitchen facilities that include a full set of dinnerware and eating utensils for eight. The coffeemaker, toaster and microwave will help you to start your mornings off on the right note. The electric cook top and oven, supplemented with the unit cookware, enable you to prepare later meals with ease.
For stocking the fridge, the BiLo foodstore is conveniently located one mile down Melody Lane just across local Rt 17.

We stayed here 7/7/12 - 7/14/12 and had a great week. The condo was clean, updated and had everything you could need for the week. A great view and pool were icing on the cake. The owner was easy to deal with and went out of his way to make the rental process hassle free. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

After a hiatus of 5 years, my family and I returned to Myrtle Beach for spring break. We had stayed at One Ocean Place previously but not in this particular unit. Walking into this spacious, well-equipped condo, we immediately felt comfortable in our home for the week. Having an end unit, provided us with additional interior space and a wrap around balcony. The owner has provided sufficient furnishings for the living room, dining area and three bedrooms. Having three bathrooms was so necessary for the six of us! The kitchen contained all we needed for preparing our eat-in meals. One Ocean Place provides gated, garage parking and sufficient elevator service. The maintained pools, hot tubs and decks are available if you choose not to use your space on the beach. We had such a wonderful week at the beach! Having such a beautiful condo added to our memorable experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We have been coming down to stay in this unit for several years and are looking forward to our visit later this month. It has become a great family tradition. We love the ocean view in this spacious, beautiful condo. Being right on the beach is great with the kids...we love to enjoy the ocean view in the morning, fishing on the beach, swimming all day and enjoying home cooked meals and going to see a show or shopping in the evening. We especially love the Dixie Stampede show. Having our own individual bathrooms with three teenagers is a must. I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing, memorable vacation! The sound of the ocean waves and the sunrise in the morning are amazing!! The condo is clean, well maintained, and ready to create your next great family memory. Great location with entertainment, several restaurants, food and drug store nearby.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife Robbie and I are original owners of the unit. We vacation here often with family or friends, enjoying the beach and the numerous other attractions available in the nearby area. These include live music concerts at the several theatres, dinning at our favorite local restaurants and occasionally imbibing at a local establishment. Each of our two children also vacation here at least once each year with their families.
