  Coffee on the porch every morning as the dawn opens a new day, Hard to find, but once there no problem, property was very clean and maintained. I will recommend this apartment, with a few advise: go to the visitors center and get information on whats what and where. This information you will find very helpful. Go to the Market Place in Cabo Rojo and meet Damion and his wife, they sell veggies, and will give recipes if you want to experience the food., A MUST go to is Cabo Rojo Lighthouse its worth the hike, and Rincon Lighthouse and beach area. About Apartment its stocked with the fewer items as trash bags, dishsoap, toilet tissue. They say in the contract take trash out every day we didnt know where its very easy in front of your parking stall which is a good walk. The bed has a foam mattress that sits almost on the floor, very uncomfortable, no extra towels for the week, we had 1 towel each. bathroom was very dusty in the corner with broom and mop just sitting there collecting dust. Will I go back to this property Yes I will!

We will get rid of the foam mattress and hopefully it will be more comfortable. I will look into the towel inventory since you should have had 4 beach towels and 4 bath towels. We will also try to find another place to put the mop and broom so it will not sit at the bathroom as it is now. Hope to have you back soon!

• Nice stay

  My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The condo was clean and well equipped for housekeeping, although a washer and dryer would have been handy for our extended stay. The Econo market is a 5 minute drive once you have made your way to the front gate and around all of the speed bumps. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and enjoyed eating out on the lovely balcony. For some reason, the hot water line to the kitchen sink was disconnected, forcing us to heat water on the stove in order to do the dishes. Manager, Maria (who is extremely nice and helpful), says she will look into this, as well as the fact that the DVD player and stereo amp were not working. The property is beautifully landscaped and meticulously cared for by the grounds crew. Unfortunately, they begin their work each morning at 7am, so if you are planning to sleep late, close the windows or use the A/C in the bedroom. Otherwise, the noise of mowers, blowers, and trimmers will certainly wake you up. The beach in front of the property is shallow and not really suitable for swimming, but the pool is great, and there is a swimmable beach a 5 minute walk away. The property beach is, however, wonderful for sitting and relaxing. If you do venture out into the surf, be sure and wear watershoes, as there a many, many sea urchins. Overall, this was a lovely, relaxing vacation for us, and I would return.

  The apartment was exactly as pictured. A very relaxing and quiet area to get away from all the stress of the city. We even got lucky and we were able to see a group of 5 manatees, in a beach about 8-10 minutes walking, from the apartment. The property is always clean, maintenance is always working around, cutting the grass and taking care of the grass. Very secure area, with personnel making watch rounds. The owner is very comprehensive and would definitively be back again. There's a lot of restaurants in the area, since it's in the coast (although not in walking distance).

  Somehow my last review gave it 4 out of 5 stars, really meant for it to be 5 out of 5!!! 10 out of 10!!! PERFECT out of PERFECTION.

  First and Foremost,Maria has been perfect. I am still a bit shocked how smoothly everything went and how approachable Maria is with in re: email responses, phone conversations and assuring everything went perfectly. I highly recommend her if you're considering Cabo Rojo as your getaway destination. She's a rare gem. She gave perfect and easy directions without us needing the GPS (you know how GPS dependent we are these days). The apartment was very clean,a suitable fit for the week and perfect key location. Photos are ACCURATE. The balcony view was lovely. I woke up to it every morning and quickly made breakfast/coffee and happily skipped to the private gated secluded beach , followed by a swim in the pool before we ventured out to other beaches and etc,(with directions from Maria, we bothered her a lot with directions,sorry! but thank you!) I slept wonderfully on the bed, took advantage of the well equipped kitchen but stocking up at nearby Walgreens (breakfast food) and enjoyed the access to a private secluded Caribbean vacation. Off season quietness and beauty everywhere. Nearby Joyuda Strip had the freshest seafood ever and qutie the most stunning sunsets ever. Pelican Sports Bar at the beginning of the entrance road to the resort was also surprisingly welcoming. We didn't have any sports cable channel back at the apt and spent a night or two at the bar catching up on the NBA games. Everybody at the resort was super friendly and accommodating. Def play some golf at the club! We loved the convenience of the location and being surrounded by such peace and tranquility. Maria is def the person you would want to rent from and we can't wait to go back!

  The view from the balcony is definitely amazing. However, the apartment looked like it had not been used in quite some time and needed some cleaning. The bed sheets were worn and had holes, the walls in the bathroom were dirty and the bathmat was so dirty and old it was stuck to the floor (it was not supposed to be). The location is about 20-45 minutes from some really nice beaches but you have to go over 20 speed bumps every time you come or go. The apartment is on the end of building and near the gate so you hear all the cars come and go from the bedroom. Almost every day there was some sort of construction or yard work that started by 7am. The beach in front of the apartment is nice but not really swimmable.

  Owner response: Thanks for your comments. Even as we have not seen the worn and torn bed sheets, we will immediately buy new ones as well as new bathroom rug and bath mat. Although the apartment was in use recently and thoroughly clean I am guessing that the dust you mentioned might have been caused by the lawn mower. We will keep the balcony windows close from now on. Haciendas del Club is 15 minutes from Boqueron beach. I am assuming you went to the Lighthouse beach (Playa Sucia) that it is a 20-25 minute drive and is the farthest beach you may go at Cabo Rojo. I am not sure what beach you visited that is 45 minutes from the condo-- maybe you went to Rincon, that is in another town and the beaches are also nice. We are amazed by the different specs people have for the beaches. Some like them with waves...some don't; some like them deep... others like them shallow and calm. Cabo Rojo has 7 beaches to choose from; all different and nice in their own way.

  If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place..this is the one. Just the sound of the sea and the song of the "coqui" at nite move you to a relax state of mind. Excelent place.!!! Clean and neat apt and good customer service. 100% recomeded .

  This is the Perfect spot to go for a Beautiful Private Get away...Your own Tropical Paridise!!The apartment was Great Well Maintained! The listing was even better than pictured the layout ,amenities, location Fantastic!!..I couldnt of asked for anything more.The Service provided by the owner was great we recieved the security deposit back like the next day.I will now use this for all my future vacations..Fantastic!!!!
