Emerald Isle is a premier condominium complex in Pensacola Beach. It is a 17 story high rise sitting directly on the beach, overlooking the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Unit 502 has been totally redecorated with new furniture, paint, window treatments, and custom Gibraltar vanities in both bathrooms. It includes a well equipped kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, and has a 42 inch flat screen TV in the living area, with smaller flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. It also has 3 DVD players, 2 VCR’s, stereo with Ipod dock and free wireless internet. There is a King sized bed in the master bedroom, and a Queen sized in the guest bedroom. Both have comfortable mattresses. There is also a new queen sized flex-steel sofa sleeper in the living room room for additional sleeping space. This unit is directly Gulf front with a private balcony over looking the gulf, pools, and hot tub. The balcony is equipped with a dining table and a large patio chair. The living room and master bedroom both open onto the balcony. Along with the glass sliding door, the living room has a floor to ceiling glass window for breathtaking views. You can see the Gulf from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
Emerald Isle is in the heart of all activities and is just a short walk to restaurants, nightlife and the fishing pier. There is a convenience store located across the parking lot. The complex has 2 gulf front pools (one heated) and a hot tub. There is also a gulf front exercise room. For added security the property is gated with security codes.
