This is an almost new 2300 square foot, two-story, four bedroom home. 10,000 square foot enclosed, private and secure all-grass backyard with a Rainbow playset/fort. FOUR BLOCKS FROM HEAVENLY VALLEY CA. BASE LODGE. Great location for Heavenly Valley mountain bikers and hikers. Walk to Heavenly Valley California Base Lodge and gondola in less than 10 minutes. No traffic or parking to worry about. Less than one mile to Ski Run Marina, beach, shops and supermarkets. About 2 miles to casinos.
The living room, pool table-game room, kitchen, master bedroom and decks are all on the second floor with views and large windows everywhere. Three full-sized bedrooms on the first floor. Large private hot tub. Pool table. Large second floor front deck views Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and sunrises. Extremely large, second floor, back deck views Lake Tahoe, Ski Run Marina, Mt. Tallac, surrounding mountains and sunsets. Backyard is 100 foot by 100 foot, fully enclosed with six foot high private redwood fence, redwood triple swing set-slide-fort and grass yard. Sunny driveway. Two and one-half car garage for enclosed-secure parking.
We offer four fully private bedrooms (Master Bedroom: King bed, two twin futons; Bedroom #2: Queen bed, twin futon; Bedroom #3: Four double beds, bunk bed style; Bedroom #4: Double bed, queen hide-a-bed.) Extra sleeping (Two queen hide-a-beds in the living room). Upstairs bathroom has 12 foot ceiling, skylight, double sink, granite counter, granite pebble floor, and a fully enclosed large Pearl Apoge shower body spa. The body spa includes and overhead shower, 12-jet back massage and additional side body showers.
The home has multiple TV's and VCR's located everywhere (Master Bedroom, Kitchen and Bedrooms #2 and #4). New Panasonic 50" plasma TV in the living room connected to digital cable (HBO and Sports package and 20 music channels, digital movie library) along with a DVD-CD-VCR player home theater sound system. DVR, record programs to watch later. Pool Table Room has 12 foot ceiling, ceiling fan-lights, and double-sliding glass doors to the front deck that views Heavenly Valley's Gunbarrel, sunrises and surrounding mountains. Extremely large master bedroom has king captain's bed with additional sleeping available, ceiling fan and double-sliding glass doors to the front deck. Front deck catches the morning sunrise and is a perfect place to have your breakfast and coffee.
Extra large, back deck offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe, Mt. Tallac, Ski Run Marina and the surrounding mountains. Weber gas BBQ, outdoor dining and sunsets are incredible from this second story deck. Back yard is fully accessible from gates and the fourth bedroom's double-sliding glass doors. Back yard is 10,000 square feet of lawn, fully enclosed with a six foot private redwood fence and has a Rainbow redwood children's fort, slide, triple swing. Brand new large private hot tub.
The kitchen is our favorite room complete with fully modern trash compactor, dishwasher, garbage disposal, under cabinet toaster oven, combination JenAir oven-stove-microwave and 18 cubic foot refrigerator-freezer and bay windows. Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cookware and a 12 cup automatic Braun coffeemaker. Kitchen also includes a large pantry and five foot by five foot granite top island that doubles as a second dining table. Dining table accomodates 6-8, island accomodates 6 and patio table accomodates 6-8.
This home is four blocks from Heavenly Valley's California Base Lodge and gondola which means minimal traffic to and from mountain biking and hiking. This home is less than one mile from Ski Run Marina-shopping complex-beaches and supermarkets. About two miles from the Marriott's Grand Resort-shopping-gondola complex and casinos.
We are very proud of our home and you will love staying here. Granite, oak, slate and wonderful carpeting everywhere. Extremely sunny and bright location in the hills overlooking Lake Tahoe. This is not a typical rental, but an almost new home. Perfect for individual groups, multiple groups, families and entertaining outside or in.

Our family of 8 just returned from our 6th annual visit to this house. Every time we return it feels like it's "our" vacation house at Tahoe. The kitchen is wonderful, well equipped and easy to cook in. Dinner is always out on the deck to watch the beautiful sunsets...when we can pull the guys away from the pool table or hot tub! The bedrooms are all comfy and most have TVs. The backyard really is as big and green as the pics. Our 3 dogs love it out there and we can watch them play from the deck. We can easily walk to the lake or hike up to Heavenly. The house and yard are very well maintained and we will be back again next year for sure. Can't say enough about this great place!

Our family goes up to Tahoe for a week every year during the summer. We've been staying at this house for the past 5 years and it's a great fit for our family of 8 which includes 4 adult couples and two labs. The home has everything you could want. The layout and space are great and provide plenty of opportunities for everyone to get together for conversation and games. We tend to stand around the big kitchen island to snack and shoot the breeze (and enjoy some drinks). If people want to spread out or get some privacy, they can go to one of the large porches (front and back), retreat to their bedroom with private TV, layout in the backyard, hop in the spa or relax on the sofa and browse the internet. There are plenty of options. The dogs absolutely love the backyard. They sense (smell) the house as soon as we are within a few miles and start going berserk. All they want to do is play fetch or hide and seek in the sprawling backyard that has such lush grass. Another great feature of the house is its location. Sitting a few blocks from the base of Heavenly, you are really close to Stateline and the casinos. But it is very centralized with quick access to major roads that take you to all south Tahoe attractions and activities. We rarely go up in the winter and we don't ski, but if we did, this house would be the best choice given its proximity to Heavenly and all of the other features I've mentioned above. All in all, the house has been a perfect fit for our annual family trip. We will keep coming back.

Our stay at the Reyes residence in Tahoe was wonderful. The house was well appointed and the room configurations perfect for 3 families (6 adults / 7 kids). It was fabulous putting the kids to bed downstairs and having adult space upstairs without the threat of waking them. The back yard was lots of fun (think kids versus adults snow ball fights), the kitchen better than what we have at home, the pool table provided lots of entertainment and the free wi-fi satisfied those that just couldn't get away from work. We were snowed in on Friday so made the easy trek to the ski lifts by foot. Thanks Hector for opening your home to us. We loved it and will be recommending it to our friends.
