  We are snowbirds and this is our 8th year in this house. We find it great. We have everything we need and more. Sandra and Jeff are always improving conditions around the house. We are extemely happy with the accommodations. We just hope we can continue to come for years to come. If there ever is a problem, it is attended to immediately. We would certainly recommend staying here.

  We have just returned from the most relaxing holiday we have ever had.Sandra & Jeffs villa is Beautifully furnished,spotlessly clean and equipped to the highest standard.It was just heaven sitting on the loungers on the patio overlooking the lake.There are lots of great restaurants nearby and very good shopping malls. There is also a place called Disney World nearby we are told [only kidding we did the parks years ago when our children were young] Now we just want the sun, the food the ,occasional ice cold beer and relaxation.We,ve been back home now for 24 hours and have already booked for next year.IT'S THAT GOOD.!!

  Really enjoyed our stay at Vista. The villa was beautiful, with everything you could need and beautiful with views of the lake from the back porch, where we would sit on an evening watching the sun go down. The amenities were first rate, with a pool just minutes away and shops close by including a number of supermarkets. We also enjoyed riding the bikes around the estate taking in the sights. We will certainly be returning, 10 out of 10.

  We all just loved the place. It has everything we needed plus lots of extras like the fishing lake and bikes, and pools. The location was perfect and we just did not want to go home.

  Our family had a great time staying here. We had everything we needed, like a home away from home.We have relatives nearby in Groveland.This location was close to them as well as all the parks. We went to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom and was able to get there in no time. So many places to eat close by or just being able to cook in was great. We found it very accessible to both coasts as well. Your home exceeded our expectations and we reccomend it highly. Much better than staying in a hotel. Thanks Sandra and Jeff, you really put a lot of thought into making people comfortable.

  An absolute credit to the owners. This is a fabulous house with fabulous amenities and is perfectly located. It is easy to get to and from the parks and on return from the parks exhausted. It is so nice to unwind in the comfortable spacious lounge. All the people we met were very friendly and would return at the drop of a hat. We would highly recommend a stay here as you have everything at your fingertips. Hoping to return next year.... Thank you Sandra for helping to make our first trip to Florida such a memorable 5 star experience

  what can we say. just had the most brilliant holiday in florida which was made all the better by staying in sandra and jeff,s villa. vista del lago is the perfect location for everything, all close to hand. the villa is very large and has been furnished to a high standard and has everthing that you could need. no need to take beach towells or sat nav or anything really as sandra has thought of it all to make it easy for her guests. loads of eateries around and we specially liked Longhorns steakhouse, Carrabas italian, texas roadhouse etc. if you like chinese try P F Changs at millenia mall ( excellent). could go on and on but just would like to say thankyou to sandra and jeff for letting us use there villa. excellent. norman & barbara

  Thank you for sharing your home and allowing us to experience a wonderful stay with our family. It was such a relief to arrive after a very long trip (1250 miles) and be pleasantly surprised by what you have to offer with your home. The location was great in relation to all the attractions. The gated community and it’s offerings with pools, lakes etc. was a big plus. The house itself was the best part – it has a well laid out floor plan that allowed us to be together as a family but also gave us the option to find area of privacy for personal downtime. You have done a great job with details at the house, from the decor to all the amenities that you offer inside and out. You gave us all the comforts and conveniences of being at home. The cleanliness and neatness were appreciated and noted as soon as we walked in the door for the first time. You have made coordinating this stay from the beginning all very easy. We appreciate all the kind hospitality that you have offered us with every thing.

  The house is really perfect. Nice location, silent and safe condo and Sandra is brilliant. She takes care of every single detail. We have been for 15 days during end november in 3 adults. We can not imagine ourselves staying in a hotel instead of Sandra's house. We strong recommend. The view, silent and comfort are unbeatable.

  1st - 8th November 2011 -Stayed at this villa in November 2011 with family- my third visit. All I can say is that it just gets better, it is beautifully furnished, well equipped and ideally located both on the estate itself and for access to all the theme parks and attractions. It has everything you would need on holiday and more - I will definitely be going back. It is undoubtedly a home from home and I would recommend it to anyone. Joan G. Durham UK

  We (2 people) had been travelling through the US for 5 weeks and we had arranged to meet our family (5 members) in Orlando for a week of r and r. As a base for this the house was perfect. It would equally be perfect for a longer more leisurely stay. All members of the family really enjoyed the facilities and surroundings. As a base to return to after a hard day at the theme parks it cannot be beaten. Sandra was extremely flexible to our needs and phoned us at the house within an hour of our arrival to check everything was fine. Close to Disney world and not that far from Universal and once we had worked out the 192 and the various wizard shops navigation was no problem. The estate was welcoming, friendly and safe and the opportunity to swim / play tennis on our "down day" went down very well. Can recommend this accommodation with no reservations.

  Stayed for 2 weeks from 15th Sept. Its a beautiful home, very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Great base for the whole of Orlando. Disneys right on your doorstep, as are great eateries.... we love the Ale House 2 mins from Lago ... then theres the Longhorn Steakhouse across the road (with a deal at $29.99 for two) and Carabas which is one of the best meals we@ve had in Florida and we eat out every night !! Go, you will not be disappointed .... We will return. And yet again, the owner Sandra is a lovely kind and most helpful young lady. Thanks again Sandra. Ooops and Jeff.

  Just returned after spending 2 weeks at Vista Del Lago. This is our third visit and cannot recommend this holiday home enough. The property is exactly as shown on the web site, if not better. The owners have equipped their home to a very high standard, even providing mountain bikes for the family which we rode around the estate - very friendly people. The location is perfect for visits to Disney and all other main attractions. This comes highly recommended and we'll definitely be visting again and again!!!!! Jeff & Sandra went out of their way to give us advice and have even provided a Sat Nav to make life easier!

  If you are planning a trip to the Disney area in Florida this is the place to stay! We have rented from the owners here on several occasions now and have had such pleasurable experiences every time! They are very nice and it is evident that they care about their home for it has been decorated with much love. I definitely recommend you stay here! It is so cozy and clean and has plenty of space. There is a wonderful screen porch off of the back that just screams for you to play cards and laugh with family and friends! There is also a covered patio off of the porch that suits well for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing! The neighborhood is very quiet and calm and the streets are lined with big oak trees! You feel as if you have had a breath of fresh air after a week’s stay in Vista del Lago. It is only 5 miles or so from the entrance to Disney and 10 miles from wonderful outlet malls! There is also a state park, Super Target, Publix, and Walgreens within a few miles from the neighborhood! While staying here you have access to the pool, clubhouse and great playground and tennis courts which all sit on a large lake. I think I have said enough! This is the best place to stay for the best deal in the area!

  We are lucky enough to be regular visitors to Florida and consider Vista del Lago our home from home, and quite simply Sandra and Jeffs house is fabulous! Its a beautiful house which is set out so well for really comfortable living. As we do visit regularly we don't spend all our time running about, we really enjoy the house and the park, our 2 children love it because they always make friends at the pool, we play tennis, cycle around the park and love watching the sun setting as we sit on the patio. Sandra provides everything and more for a wonderful holiday. A holiday in Florida doesn't have to be manic, and this is the perfect chill out zone! Catherine May 11

  16th October 2010-We loved our stay at Sandra & Jeff's villa! It is in an ideal location for all the themeparks and the complex was lovely, with a pool just up the street and a lake out back. We spent most of our days at the themeparks then returned for a couple of hours relaxing in the pool which was really quiet the whole time we were there. The villa itself is lovely, really homely and has everything you could need. We would highly recommend this villa to our friends and family and we will hopefully be returning some day soon.   2nd September 2010 -Thanks Sandra for an excellent stay at Vista Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant! The villa is well maintained to a high standard and is very clean. All your needs are catered for and you want for nothing around the villa. Even had walkie talkies for using around the parks! The kids, (11 and 5) loved it, turning the conservatory into their play area. The pools are great for all and excellent eateries are within 10 mins drive. You couldn't wish to be any closer to Disney yet still have peace and tranquility around the home. Sandra is very helpful and is at the end of the phone in case of any questions. We will be returning and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Keep up the excellent work!! (Liz and family)

  3rd August 2010 - This property is ideal for a fun packed family holiday. This is our second visit to the villa and we will return! The villa is home from home with every requirement catered for. The onsite amenities are excellent, catering for all ages. I would not look at staying at any other accommodation in Florida and would highly recommend to family and friends.   2nd June 2010 - Dear Sandra & Jeff, thank you for allowing us to stay in your fantastic villa in this safe, gated community. It was lovely and clean, a large comfortable and well equipped villa, situated in well kept grounds, lovely clubhouse and three lovely pools. The villa was like a home from home and ideally positioned off the 192 for Disney and the I4 motorway. We spent every other day at a major park with a rest day in between but with all the malls and shopping it did not end up being very restful, we did manage to get to the pool a few times to rest our aching legs. We wished we had booked for three weeks, we will next time. We will certainly recommend your villa to family and friends.   10th June 2010 - Stayed for a week in May as a base for a golfing week. It's a beautiful home, very spacious, comfortable and clean, the pictures don't do it justice!   28th April 2010 - Loved it, loved it, loved it! Exceeded expectations in every way. Location of Vista is superb for shopping and theme parks and yet out of the hustle and bustle so that when you come back to the house you can relax with ease. House is very well maintained and spacious, could easily accommodate a large family. Everything is there!! We really could have taken a few T shirts and shorts and nothing else. I think Jeff and Sandra have thought of everything and what thoughtful and considerate owners, checking we were happy on arrival and helping out when we were stranded due to the Iceland volcano crisis. Would recommend to any one, and highly recommend watching the sun set over the lake whilst enjoying that holiday cocktail on the patio! (Catherine and family)
