This is a really nice studio,located in Pompano Beach.Located right on the Intracoastal water,with heated swimming pool,central AC,flat tv, free wireless internet, and plenty of secure free parking.This is a studio,it does not have a separate bedroom.It has a brand new Murphy Queen bed that can be opened and closed whenever. Even with the bed opened the unit is spacious.It has a full complete kitchen with all furnishings and a full bathroom with bathtub. Rates include housekeeping,towels,bbq grills,etc.Very close to the beautiful Pompano Beach Pier and sandy beaches (5 min.walking),restaurants,shoppes,municipal golf course,fishing and many other true Florida attractions! Very friendly,quiet,cozy atmosphere!

My partner and I stayed here last June/July for 2 weeks. We had searched for a month for the right place for us to stay. Studio apartment has everything you could possibly need. Location is amazing, right on the beautiful intercostal and a 3 minute walk from beach. Great pool at condos with plenty of sun loungers and also an added bonus of BBQ area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here, would definitely stay again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I came to Pompano to visit friends and family, and this studio was the perfect place to reside. It is charming, affordable and surprisingly spacious for a studio. It also feels very safe, which is of major importance to me as a single woman. The owner was available as was the property manager, and they were both very pleasant people. It is a short walk to the beach and right on the intercoastal waterway! The pool was perfect: clean and never crowded, with a view of the water. Everything was available to me at the apartment, which made my life a lot easier; I didn't have to eat all of my meals at restaurants. Exactly what I was looking for a 3 weeks of vacations w/ my hubby. Very affordable for the amenities.Complete studio is clean,cozy and well furnished. It feels like home but yet,living rich in the prime location of Pompano Beach. The owners were willing to acomodate our extended stay. After all, we decided not to rush out of there because we could not find this superior level of acomodation for the $ paid. I strongly recomend it _ (Just don't take my place in my next trip to Florida! LOL)Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

The location is beautiful,the studio and the whole complex is very nicely kept with nice gardens, a swimming pool and incredible views from the Intracoastal. We also love to have a kitchen well equipped,so we were able to prepare meals and save a lot of money. I can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I live in Pompano Beach for 20 years.It has the most beautiful beaches,great restaurants,shopping. It is very close to all other 'trendy' cities like Fort Lauderdale,Delray,Boca Raton,Miami, which I can go anytime when I am in the mood.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio:
I truly enjoy swimming at the pool,late in the afternoon. Also, equally nice is to relax by the water,having a glass of wine, watching the boats and yachts pass by!
