The Little Brown House is a unique cabin on Mt. Lemmon that combines seclusion and privacy with expansive views. This charming cabin, built in the ‘50’s and located on a ridgetop, offers vintage and upgraded amenities and all the conveniences you'd expect, like running water and electricity! Relax and enjoy Mt. Lemmon at your own pace and without the hassles. “Mountain time” begins the moment you arrive.

Note: Water is supplied via mountain spring and is non-potable. All renters must abide by 100 gal./day water limit. Garbage must be packed-out when leaving. A maximum of 2 cars may be parked in the driveway at any time and the maximum number of guests, not including overnight guests, is 2. Violation of these rules subjects the renter to loss of deposit.
The cabin address will be supplied with rental contract. Signed contract must be received along with deposit and payment in full before time of rental. Deposit will be refunded within 7 days, less payment for damages, if any, and use of water exceeding limits.
