This is a 95m2a ( 1023 sq ft ) 4 star very comfortable apartment. It can sleep 3 people and is in the classical "Callao" street.
It is on the 7th floor with lift access. It has all the comforts to make you feel at home, with TV Cable, LCD DVD and WiFi Internet connection ...
There are two bedrooms, one has a Queen bed, the other with a single bed and a bathroom.
The appartment has two bathrooms, a great luminous living room with balcony and a big kitchen.
The Location
Recoleta is the most exquisite and charming quarter of Buenos Aires. The name recalls the Recoleto Fathers monastery of colonial days, which today houses a Cultural Centre which is well worth a visit. The Basilica del Pilar church is the outstanding building in the park; it adjoins the Cemetery with its dazzling mausoleums, where the lives and deaths of generations of Argentine elite are remembered.

The apartment was in a great location and even though it was on a busy
street its on a high floor so you were not able to hear much traffic noise. The concierge who is always on the main door duty was extremely helpful especially when I managed to leave my wallet in a taxi and then have it returned (for a reward) the next day.
The decor in the flat was tastefully done and we had no complaints.I would recommend it to anyone and am considering maybe returning next year!

The stay in BA was excellent. The apartment is comfortable and well
equipped and Maria, the owner, was very helpful when my wife had find adentist. because of acute toothache - we had to resort to home cooking rather than Argentinian steaks for 2days! The apartment is very well situated and there is a supermarket round
the corner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment located in the Recoleta barrio. The location of the space is brilliant, with a major gourmet food market just around the corner. A very nice gym is a few blocks away. Recoleta is where you want to be for all the finer things Buenos Aires has to offer. All taxi drivers know the main street and cross street where the apartment building is located; if you need to jump on the 'subte', the walk to the nearest subway station is about a ten minutes or so. In short, this was a great place to stay. The hosts are young and energetic, and they were lovely to have met during our visit. Thanks again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Owner info
About the owner: MARÍA DE LA RETA Young graphic designer and artist. Lived in Paris in 2009 where she was highly influenced by the Parisienne chic style. In the apartment she mixes this french tendence with a modern one, the same she shows in her art work. She says it is an analogy with Buenos Aires, modern with a french touch! She calls the flat "Petit tango". I live 5 minutes walking from the apt in order to give you the information you need and helping you during your stay.
