Three bedroom/bath luxurious home with sweeping views of the Borrego Valley. The home is
located in the Montesoro Resort, a private gated community with several community pools, spas
and recreational centers. It is located on the southern slope of the valley, allowing for the most
spectacular views of the desert.
The house is spacious and full of natural light. Raised ceilings and windows run the length of
house, giving the desert view from every part. It is furnished with natural stone floors and
counter tops and designer accents throughout.
The Kitchen overlooks the patio terrace with the same incredible views. It has a cooking island
and is flanked by a bar that seats 3-4 people. Next to the bar is a breakfast nook with a table that
seats four, perfect for reading the morning news or bird watching while enjoying breakfast.
There is also a built in desk area perfect for laptop use, etc.
Off of the kitchen is the open formal dining room and family room area. The dining table seats
six people and is also flanked by a beautiful marble bar. The bar is equipped with a sink and
mini-refrigerator. The family room has a fireplace, TV, sofa, reclining chairs and another casual
seating table.
There is a sound system that can be played through the entire kitchen and family/dining room
area, or chose to play in only one area. There is wireless internet access throughout the house
and on the patio, cable/satellite TV, DVD Player and a CD player for entertainment.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, two walk in closets, two vanity areas, a large spa tub,
shower and toilet. Patio doors open out to the terrace that overlooks the Borrego Valley
Mountains. You can enjoy the views from the bed.
The second bedroom also has a king sized bed, walk in closet, large en-suite bathroom with
shower and separate vanity area. Patio doors allow you to step out onto the terrace. There is a
library of books for ready and relaxing.
The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and patio doors that allow you to step out onto the
terrace. The desert view can also be enjoyed from the bed. The bathroom has its own entry from
the bedroom but is also accessible from the hallway for guest access. The shower and toilet are
separate from the vanity.
The outdoor patio area runs the entire length of the house with several lounging areas off of each
bedroom. There is a patio table that seats four people, perfect for morning coffee of evening
sunsets. The view from the terrace spans the entire valley as the house is situated on the southern
slope of the Borrego Valley. You will not want to leave the property!
The front yard has a very happy grapefruit tree with the sweetest fruit (electric juicer in the
kitchen). There is also an attached three car garage for tenant use. The laundry room with
washer and dryer are just off the garage entrance.

I spent the weekend here with my husband,son and 2 great friends. We had the most amazing time, the house is stunning and the pool is beautiful. Sitting on the patio relaxing with the gorgeous views was excellent. We would all definately return to this house again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
