Enjoy the most breathtaking sunset on a private beach on beautiful Long Lake! Our cottage, Squawberry Place, is located on the north end of the lake on a large secluded lot. Squawberry Place is located ten minutes west of Traverse City with an airport, shopping, and many dining options. Interlochen National Music Camp and the Sleeping Bear National Park are just 20-30 minutes away.
Squawberry Place has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is approximately 2000 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen bed. One guest room has two twin beds and the other has a twin-size bunkbed and a trundle bed. There is also a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The living room has sweeping views of the lake. The screened-in porch is a favorite for dining, board games and maybe an occasional nap. There is a deck overlooking the lake that is just outside the screened-in porch.

- 200 foot lake frontage on a 2 acre parcel of wooded property, We have a nice sandy shore with a gradual slope which is perfect for little ones swimming & a 40 foot L-shaped dock, You may use our boat lift (up to 3500 lbs, ) & our row boat, The boat launch is just a short distance from the cottage, We also have a firepit on the beach & plenty of beach chairs, You will need to bring your own linens and towels
