  The townhouse location was perfect, it was clean a bit worn but ok. We really liked it and had fun, the skiing was great. The size was more than big enough for five of us. Very quiet very nice location and very very close to Loon. At night you can look out the window and can see the slopes being groomed for the next day. The process of renting it was very simple and easy. The negatives not great lighting to read by,TV clicker batteries dead and pillows too worn. So over all we all had fun. Next time I will bring extra batteries and my on pillows. We would go again.

  Owner response: In response to my condo being referred to as a bit worn, my sister and I are giving our condo a bit of a face lift this summer. We will be having the entire interior repainted. We recently replaced all of the bedding except for the pillows but those were next on our list and are getting replaced during our next trip up to Loon in April. We are always looking to maintain our condo and to make improvements to it in order to make it a relaxing and comforting home away from home for our guests. I apologize about the batteries and the lack of reading light. I lived in my unit for a whole ski season and never had an issue with lighting but perhaps weaker bulbs have been installed since then.   We had a great time. The living room is a great gathering place with a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating for a large family or group. The location was peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for in a vacation home. The transaction was efficient, the communication was fantastic. Thanks Lyndsey for making it so easy and effortless to rent your condo.

  My family spent the Thanksgiving holiday here and had a great time. The condo was very well equipped and well furnished. My teenagers loved that there was wifi and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owners were very responsive to our emails also! We are hoping to come here again very soon!

  This was a great condo with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Plenty of sleeping room. The Village of Loon was great for the kids with the pools, tennis courts and game room. Lots of places to take the dog for a walk. Close to Loon and all that the Lincoln area has to offer. We hope to be back next summer!

  My family booked this unit for a extended weekend stay for the Highland Games. The booking process was easy. The listing description was accurate. The unit was clean, cozy and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would recommend this unit to others as well as consider booking ourselves for future stays. The Atkinsons

  We enjoyed our stay here very much! Overall the unit was a little older and could use some updating but was clean and spacious. With 5 teenagers and 2 adults we had plenty of room as well as privacy. The master bedroom is located on its own floor. It is a nice private space with cable TV, a cooling unit and has a private bath with a washer/dryer.The bedroom with the bunk beds slept 4 and had its own TV as well. The 3rd bedroom is a roomy loft overlooking the livingroom-but was still private-no cable TV there. The kitchen, although a little small, was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances/electronics were in working order. The only thing I would suggest is for the owners to have some instructions on how to work the TV, DVD & cable as well as the heating/cooling units. The wifi worked great, cell phone service was a little spotty in the unit for some of us. We did not have a chance to take advantage of the pools/rec areas. The condo complex is located 5 minutes beyond downtown Lincoln where there are several good restaurants and shops as well as a shopping center with a movie theater and 24hr market. Loon Mountain is across the street and has many outdoor activities. There is also a public picnic area with tables and grills on the river. Area attractions such as Clark's, Whale's Tale Water Park and the Kangamangus highway are within 15mins. On a rainy day, if you don't mind a bit of a ride, the Brick Store is located in Bath (take Rte112 through Woodstock, follow it until you come to rte 10--about 30 mins). They sell their own smoked meats & cheeses, homemade fudge and old-fashioned soda. Also, next door is a pop culture museum/ice-cream shoppe that is really neat, with many original concert posters and signed memorabilia from the 50, 60 & 70's! We have stayed at many townhouse/condos in the area and this one was as nice as any. The owners were very accommodating and easy to reach. We would certainly rent again!

  We stayed in Lincoln on vacation and had a great time. 10 of us, 5 children and 5 adults have lots of room at this location. We were handy to all the amenities, pools, whale tales water park, hiking trails etc. Everything was as advertised, we had no problems, definitely a benefit to have access to the pools at the condo, after a long day the kids couldn't wait to go to the pool to unwind and have some fun. I would definitely recommend this location to others. the owners were great to work with and responded to any emails promptly which is a bonus when you're trying to finalize your vacation plans. Thanks for everything guys

  This was a great place to stay for a weekend skiing trip with friends. There was plenty of room for everyone in terms of sleeping space, the views from the condo were beautiful, and the location couldn't be beat (Loon is literally across the street from the condo complex, and if you're feeling lazy, you can even take a free shuttle to the skiing area). The kitchen was somewhat small, but that just gave us a reason to appoint a single cook to work in there at a time. Best of all, the owner was extremely helpful and patient answering all of our questions in a timely manner, and was particularly flexible about about our check-out time. Overall, this is a great property if you're planning on getting away for the weekend and do skiing at Loon.

  We had such a great weekend at this condo!! It is very clean and well kept. The location is perfect with it being across the street from Loon.The view is great, there's a lot of rooms, and its pet friendly so we were able to take our dog. We will hopefully be back very soon!

  We had a wonderful time at this very family friendly townhouse! It was conveniently located across from Loon mountain and we were able to gear up and walk to the end of the driveway where a shuttle brought us to Loon. It was great having all the space and extra beds and the kitchen was well equipped as promised. We will definitely be back, great value for the money!! I highly recommend it!
