  This rental property was very nice and I would definitely stay here again. The owner was nice, the home was very comfortable, and the beach was less than a block away. The home is in walking distance to the movies, restaurants, and shops. The outdoor patio is a great way to spend the evenings relaxing and enjoying the summer breeze. I would definitely recommend renting this property.

  Well equipped and maintained house. Easy in and out with garage door code. Owner next door and very helpful and friendly. In fact when he realized we were hanging hose to shower outside upon return from beach, he had an outdoor shower head put it within two days. Added beach gear options like umbrella, chairs and wagon. House was clean and everything worked. Kitchen and living area comfortable and good for group setting. House ready when we arrived. Well priced. Would recommend this house to anyone needing three bedroom arrangement and traveling in 2-3 cars. Richard from Fort Worth, TX.

  Three couples stayed here last week and had a great time! Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. We cooked several meals and there were plenty of utensils and dishes for all. Richard is right next door and offered many good suggestions for dining and things to do. The location is relatively protected from spring breakers. Not much noise to contend with.   Ideal for a quiet and pleasant vacation. Richard is an excelent guy and he lives next door, always available for anything. The only thing that can be better is the wifi internet. Maybe by placing a router extension from his house. The beach is at walking distance from the property.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
