  We spent this past March at Cozy Bay. The unit is in a clean and quiet building. There were no surprises - the unit is exactly as the photos and the kingsize bed was very comfortable. The location is close to the main highways so it is easy to get to shops and the beach. I would recommend this vacation rental to my friends. Thank you Larry for a wonderful stay. Pat and Claude

  We have just returned from spending just over 3 weeks at Cozy Bay Condo. The Condo is fantastic and having travelled around the area it is situated in one of the best locations around the St Pete area. Larry and Luna were most helpful with everything. We saw Dolphins swimming in their natural environment as we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. There are some wonderful beeches to visit. We would recomend this Condo to anyone who wishes to take a holiday in the area,except of course when we wish to return. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

  I absolutely recommend the CozyBay Condo! The condo was clean, quiet, and spacious and had incredible views from every window in the unit. The location was perfect with everything close by; however, a car is a must. My husband and I planned several meals during our stay and we had everything we needed to cook with including pans and utensils. I recommend going out of Fort DeSoto Beach and taking the ferry to Egmont Key. This was an amazing trip for my husband and me. We toured the island and got to see all its incredible history; I recommend adding on the snorkel trip, it was well worth it. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

  We stayed at CozyBay Condo for a month and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The unit was newly remodeled - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well equipped-even BETTER than the photos! The view of Tampa Bay right off the balcony was fantastic. We saw lots of dolphins and even got to see a Manatee just out from the pool area. The location of the condo is just a short distance from Tampa and St. Petersburg area......lots to do and see - great shopping, great entertainment and great restaurants etc...etc...etc...it was a VACATION indeed.The owners were very helpful in every aspect and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend CozyBay !

  We enjoyed our stay at CozyBayCondo. The unit was in excellent condition, beautifully decorated, and with a lovely view. The building is quiet and located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. The owner was accommodating, accessible, and responsive throughout our one-month stay. We would like to return.
