Everything was like advertised - thank you. The location is excellent for all Disney activities. Neighborhood is quiet and save although quite close to a road. Dealing with the owners was easy. It did take a while (four weeks) though until the deposit was credited because vrbo was used for that.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This home was *perfect* for our family of 4 plus a grandma. The house was spotless on our arrival! Excellent location, convenient to attractions and local shopping. Our young children enjoyed the pool every day. It was nice to enjoy the craziness of Disney all morning and come back for a quiet and calm afternoon at the house. Phil and Judy are dedicated owners with clear communication and prompt responses. We all had a fantastic vacation! Awesome, super fast wifi!

Our stay at Phil and Judy's home was nothing short of fabulous. We landed in Orlando in tropical storm Debbie and spent the first 3 days of our vacation relaxing in the comfort of their home. It is equipped with everything you need and more. It is obvious that Phil and Judy take pride in their vacation getaway as it is well-cared for. We would not hesitate to return. To top it all off, these two are absolutely wonderful to deal with and their hospitality is top notch. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect. Thanks to both of you! you will have no worries if you rent this vacation home, it is comfortable, clean and well maintained. The owners Phil and Judy are the best people to do business with, we can't begin to tell people how great they were too us during are stay. We enjoyed this home away from home very much! Close to disney, restuarants and shops. Short drive to Sea World and International Drive. We loved the pool and the master bath is huge. The owners were great!!! The house was clean and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation home. We will be staying at this home again. There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable with the amount of living space. I would highly recommmend this home away from home.

Phil and Judy Hampton are the best! They were helpful from start to finish and even beyond. The home was immaculate and just right for our stay. I was glad to see that eveything stated on the website was exactly what was in the home. The home was just a few minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and the parks, which made driving time easy and convenient. The oranges off the trees in the back yard were perfect for breakfast too. My next vacation in Florida will be spent at this home away from away! Thanks Phil and Judy!

This rental home was exactly what it is advertised to be. The home was spotless. Tastefully decorated and contained everything we needed at our home away from home. We had lots of room to spread out and felt very comfortable. The home was so close to Disney that we could easily run back home for a forgotten item or for a break. There were numerous restaurants and shops near by. The house is perfectly located for convenience to food or Disney. The owners were quick to respond to all my questions and were so nice to work with. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Orlando/Disney area.

OUR AWESOME DISNEY VACATION

My family and I visited Walt Disney World in October of 2011. We stayed at the property listed here and were so happy with this home! We had stayed on Disney property before but wanted something where we could spread out more, and enjoy all of the amenities that a home could offer us. It was amazing. Everything was clean,the neighborhood was very peaceful, and we got a lot more for our money than we would have ever gotten at a hotel. The location was so close to everything food, shopping, and of course the parks! I would recommend this home for anyone looking to have the luxury of a home setting with very easy access to Disney and all of the surrounding parks. We will book here again without hesitation. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable villa that is close to Disney etc, you cannot go wrong with this one. This is our fourth visit to Disney area and this is the closest and most convenient villa we have stayed in. In this area you have everything you could ask for from good restaurants, Longhorn Steakhouse, Outback, TGI, and lots more within a few minutes drive, supermarkets also close and you can get to Animal Kingdom in less than 5 minutes and the other parks in around 10-15. Perfect for just about anyone, and if you want to stay in the pool is right in the sun. We will be back as soon as we can, loved it. Thank You Phil and Judy.

My family and I stayed here for our 1st Florida vacation and were so pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. The house was exactly as advertised and the pool was a wonderful bonus at the end of long days at the theme parks. The property is close enough to the parks and shops that it made the travel portions of the day seem like no time at all was wasted driving. The house had everything we needed with plenty of space to spread out. The washer and dryer were great. To come home with everything clean makes unpacking so much easier after a long trip home. Thank you again for making our stay in Orlando so comfortable. We hope to be planning another vacation for next year!

This house was a true vacation property: beautifully decorated with lots of amenities, comfortable furnishings, and gorgeous setting. Our week long stay in Kissimmee was filled with lots of rain and storms, but our vacation house served as a cozy place to spend time together. We put the kitchen to good use and found that it was lacking absolutely nothing! The washer and dryer allowed us to pack less and return home with bags full of clean clothes (which made adjusting to being home easier!). Because of the storms we weren't able to use the pool as much as we would have liked, but it was nice to just sit on the patio and enjoy the view (the citrus trees provided just enough privacy). The price was reasonable, the owners and management were a pleasure to work with, and we'd not hesitate to recommend the property to friends and family. We found ourselves enjoying our stay, in large part, courtesy of the house!

Thank you so much for sharing this home as a rental. It was perfect for our weekend stay and worked ideally for the early Thanksgiving get-together with family. My kids took advantage of the side yard for an after dinner badminton game :) The kitchen was outfitted with everything that we needed, as well. With monthly trips to Florida, this is now my top choice for a place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and quite close to restaurants, grocery stores, and general shopping. Thank you again for providing such a comfortable home!

Thank you for sharing your home with us! The size, style, layout and location suited our family perfectly. The four of us, my husband and I and our two teenagers, really enjoyed our stay. The house was the ideal base we were looking for. We had plenty of room to ourselves with the girls sharing one part of the house and my husband and I on the other side. The pool was a great end to our days at the theme parks. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to any family interested in visiting the area. Close to the parks, shopping, dinning and golfing. Lots of things to do while you're enjoying the nice weather. Thanks again!

We stayed at this house in August 2010 & it was wonderful!! The house was as described and we loved the pool! Everything you need is provided at the house. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and off the main road. The owners were very helpful with all accomodations and directions. We would definately love to stay at this house again! My family of 2 adults and 3 girls, ranging from 4 years old to 13 years old, were blown over by the wonderful property as well as the unbelievable customer service that the owners provide. We absolutely LOVED the house and pool and everything that was included with it!! We did not want to leave our home away from home at all and were so sad when we pulled out of the driveway for the last time. This is a fantastic area, close to all parks and even beaches. The owners provided direction in every part of our vacation and were in constant contact with us to see that everything was going well. We were SO satisfied and will look to the Hamptons to schedule any further visits to the Orlando area.

Perfect rental for our Disney World experience!

This vacation home for our family was perfect! Our family of 6, 5 adults and 1 teen, fit comfortably in this home and we had plenty of room. The location of the property was very close to the four Disney parks that we visited. So close in fact, that we were able to leave a park and go back to the house for lunch and/or dinner and then head back to the park (we had Disney Park Hopper passes that allowed for this). We arrived in the early evening of Saturday and wanted to enjoy a relaxing Sunday so we took the advice of friend and visited the nearby town of Celebration, and we were glad we did - we suggest you do too - it is very close. This property is close to MANY restaurants and other activities. Whatever kind of food you like, there will be a restaurant for you. If you like Chinese food, we recommend Golden China Buffet. The lunch is much cheaper than the dinner, and quieter, so if you go for dinner, do a late lunch to save money. :-) For your grocery shopping needs, we found the Publix grocery store was cheaper than the Winn Dixie grocery store, so we suggest driving the extra mile or two to go to Publix. All in all, this house had everything that we needed and it was clean and well-maintained. The Hamptons provided great customer service before and after our visit! We highly recommend their Florida home and we will definitely recommend it to family and friends!

This house was the perfect accomodation for our family of seven. There was plenty of space and having our own private pool was the best part of the vacation as we could not keep the kids out of it! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Having a full kitchen and laundry was a big plus. The location was great as everything you could need was close by including all the attractions and an easy drive to the beach. We have already recommend this rental to several friends and will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The house was AWESOME, it was equipted with everything my family needed for the week we were able to do laundry and cook meals saving us time and money. The location is perfect close enough to everything yet not in the middle of the chaos of Orlando. Very quiet nice neighborhood. The pool was a little smaller that we expected but it turned out to be great for the kids. The house was very clean and there were pleanty of towels, blankets and pillows something you can never get at a hotel. We are definitly planning to return and have recommended the house to many friends and family.

Perfect for a family retreat. Literally minutes to Disney and easy drive to the beach. The property was perfect for our family vacation. Neighborhood was quiet and offered enough room for our family of four to relax (if that is possible on a Disney vacation) and fuel up for the next day's adventure. The pool was great and our stay was very refreshing needing nothing to be desired. Thanks for a very affordable and well cared for place to enjoy our time on our Disney Vacation.

House was perfect and completely as described!!!! Perfect location to hit all the Parks and close enough to the beaches for a great day trip. If you are looking for the perfect family get away this place rates a five star!!! You get all the amenities, in a quite neighborhood, with out breaking the bank!!!
