  Nous avons passé 10 jours d'excellentes et inoubliables vacances dans cette maison tellement agréable à vivre, joliment décorée, parfaitement bien équipée en tout , et où il fait bon rentrer le soir après une journée de tourisme et d'activités excitantes mais fatigantes (une vraie maison, un vrai chez-soi en quelque sorte !!)... Le quartier est tranquille, d'une ambiance familiale mais de très nombreux commerces de toutes sortes se trouvent au coin de la rue et les courses peuvent se faire à pied sans aucune difficulté. La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos présentées, d'une propreté impeccable, d'un confort excellent en tout, et les propriétaires sont un couple charmant, sympathique, accueillant et serviable ce qui rajoute encore à la valeur de l'endroit. Ce fut une excellente expérience et je les remercie encore énormément pour tout.

  We were a group of 6 tennis players in town for the Senior Nationals at the Uniprix stadium. This was the perfect accommodation for us. It was close to the event, and what we especially liked was coming home to a hot tub after our tennis matches! The area that the home is located in is also fantastic. We tried a few of the local restaurants and they were awesome. Being so close to Rue Fleury was a bonus and also very central to everything. The house was very clean and the lay out was great for the number of people staying there. Isabelle was also very helpful in providing information about the area. Without hesitation I would recommend this home for your next trip to Montreal!

  I always hate it when I rent a place and I need to buy all condiments, spices, oil, etc.... In the case, everything is included and the owner has granted access to everything that we might need. She also leaves her bar open in case we feel like having a drink! (We have simply replaced the bootle at the end) It is literally steps from the bus stop, which brings is to the subway in minutes. Montreal is marvellous and so is this condo. Rental enquiry was responded to promptly and when we arrived Isabelle took us on a quick tour of the neighbourhood to point out the grocery store, wine store, drug store, metro, restaurants, coffee shop, etc. The condo was clean, secure and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had plenty of towels, washclothes, etc. The bed was very comfortable; the pull-out sofa as well. The patio and spa was a real bonus as it was very hot during our visit and it was the perfect place to sit and relax during the evening hours. There is a metro station close by and we did purchase a 1-day visitors metro pass (included access to both the bus and subway system) for $9 and went further out to Mont Royal and the fabulous Jean Talon Market in the Little Italy district of Montreal . I am looking forward to a return visit to Montreal and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others planning to visit. Parking is easy, surroundings are great to stroll and safe !

  This condo was perfect. Our party included four adults and two children(11 and 13). First time to Montreal for a sporting event. All pictures and descriptions are accurate. Very clean and up to date. Metro is a short walk away to access downtown and beyond. Plenty of biking and walking paths available. Two nice parks are within a five minute walk. Parking is very accessible on the street. Rue Fleury has more than plenty great eateries and shops. The landlord was very accommodating, professional and available to answer any questions we had. Neighborhood is family oriented and quiet. I would recommend this condo to any family new or old to the city if I didn't rent it already.

  We enjoyed our stay of almost a week. There were 6 of us. Location was great for us as we were attending a sports event at the Claude Robilliard complex. Rue Fleury was great, just a few steps away. Went jogging down by the river which is just a few short blocks away. Great pathways, parks and scenery, a bit icy in March but would be great in summer. We had to be up early each morning so it was nice that it was quiet at night so everyone could get to sleep. The 4 bedrooms worked out well for us. Will defenitely be looking to book again when we return to Montreal.

  Eight of us spent Labor Day weekend at this beautiful condo. There was more than enough room for all of us to comfortably sleep. The condo was very clean and inviting. All linens and towels were provided for us. We dined along Fleury street each morning, and usually made a trek into the heart of Montreal during the day/nighttime. The owners provided us great instructions as to where the hot spots of Montreal were, and how to get there. Overall it was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone who doesn't mind a little walk to the train, or a pleasant bike-ride into the middle of the city. Things to look out for: -Two of the bedrooms were kids rooms. Luckily, two of our travelers were small, but the beds might not fit the average sized guy (I'm 6 foot, 180lbs, and would not have fit in either of the kids beds comfortably). -The neighborhood is very quiet at night. We were talking in the backyard one night around 10:30pm, and a neighbor came out and asked us to go inside. They were very nice about it, it didn't seem like too big of a problem, but be prepared to be quiet starting around 10pm each night, as to not disturb the neighbors. -The walk to the nearest metro was a little longer than anticipated (or as it seems on a map). It was by no means far, it just wasn't what we were prepared for. It took about 20 minutes to get to the nearest stop. However, once we were there, the train line was the best we could have asked for, as it went nearly everywhere in the city we wanted to visit. -A cab ride back from Old Montreal cost us upwards of $35, something to be aware of if you are out late in another part of the city.

  This condo has the master bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms at basement. It is nicely decorated inside, and has kids swing, slide, trampoline and hot tub in the backyard. It is ideal for a family or two up to 6 people. Three couples will be a stretch. The ride to Old town requires a 15 minutes walk to the metro station which is safe. We only stayed for two nights over the weekend and enjoyed our stay.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

  close, but not too close, to downtown, which is a convenient bicycle ride away in a very bicycle-friendly city. very enjoyable!

  We went there in July 2011, family of 5. There were more than enough bedrooms for all of us. The location is great, with many shops around, we did everything be foot, and the metro to get downtown is a nice 10-15 minute walk. Many amenities for children, trampoline, hot tub, swing set, toys, large screen tvs. Isabelle, the owner, was really kind and helpful. We'll make sure ot book again when we return to lovely Montreal :-)
