  The Pond House is delightful. We are from the DC area and this was our first trip to Cape Cod. My family which includes my husband and 16- year daughter loved this house and quickly settled into a routine. There is a beautiful deck overlooking Swan Pond where we ate most evenings after grilling fish on the gas grill. My family learned to kayak on the calm pond and usually went out twice a day. The house is centrally located with easy access to P-Town and the national seashore beaches or to Hyannis with a ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The house is nicely decorated and clean. Has everything a family needs which includes cleaning supplies, toilet paper and the basics. The listing description is very accurate and more than met our expectations. The owners checked in with us and always available to answer questions. They even gave us a "welcome" gift. We hope to return to the Pond House in the near future.

Your house has all the comforts of home and you were always very helpful. Thank you for all the fresh flowers and especially the cute little gifts for our daughters. They just loved them.   The "Pond House" is he most relaxing vacation our family has ever experienced. It has rained for most of our trip, but the information you gave us kept the family busy. We will keep your wonderful and cozy home in mind when we come back to visit the Cape. Thank you for the lovely gifts as well.

  What a beautiful home, what a beautiful spot. Relaxing with great views. The deck is just a perfect spot for any time of day. Your home had everything we needed. We weren't here five minutes and my daughter asked "Can we come here every year?" Thank you for the gift and the flowers.

  FROM OUR GUESTBOOK: After the bust Main Street of South Yarmouth, Winslow Grey Road, and then the "Pond House" was a peaceful and quiet haven. There were even seven swans to welcome us on the pod.   FROM OUR GUESTBOOK: We had a wonderful time. The cottage was wonderful and very cozy. The deck was fabulous and the view breathtaking. We spent all of our time (when we weren't at the beach) on your deck. It had all the comforts of home and we thank you for having us. PS. For future guests who read this, we recommend the following restaurants: Alberto's, Olde Yarmouth Inn, & Mattakeese Wharf.

  Thank you so much for having us in your nice "Pond House"! The minute we opened the door, we immediately felt at home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck with it's spectacular views.   FROM OUR GUESTBOOK: I absolutely don't know where to begin - Your home is absolutely awesome. To be welcomed with a beautiful beach frame left me speechless. And it just so happens that it goes PERFECTLY in our fairly new playroom which has beach surprise photographs from the Cape. Even though I am an avid tourist shopper, I couldn't (and didn't) find anything more appropriate to remember our visit. We had our best Cape Cod vacation ever (that's in 24 years) and we have you to endlessly thank. Hope our (return gift) will help to express in a small way our gratitude. We sincerely hope you will welcome us again next year.
