How many individuals can we put in the unit?
Six, is the maximum. We have beds for six individuals. Please do not ask to put in more. If we find out you have more than six, we will ask you to leave and your rental will not be refunded and your security deposit will be lost.
This luxurious, 1314 square foot, two bedrooms, two bath condo is located at The ENCLAVE, one of Destin's Hidden Secrets! Why stay in one of those shoebox Condos when you can have it all at The Enclave for less? Over half of the owners make The ENCLAVE their permanent home year round!
The ENCLAVE is two seven story towers, with 30 units in each tower, on five prestigious acres located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico on Old Scenic Highway 98. Having 60 units on five acres across the street from the Gulf of Mexico is unheard of in Destin!
SEVERE WEATHER - We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit. We will only refund unused days in the event of a MANDATORY evacuation in our area.
RENTAL AGREEMENT - Maximum number of individuals staying overnight in our condo is six (6), unless permission is received in writing from the owner. Individuals must be 25 years of age or older to rent unit. Individual(s) having more than (6) or falsifying the age requirement will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and loss of security deposit. All guests will comply and have their visitors comply with all rules.
