Welcome to 390 Bayland, a lovely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 full bath elevated pool home located on a canal. This home offers wonderful views of Estero Bay and can sleep 8.
As you drive up towards the house, you’ll notice the sparkling bay water ahead of you. Park your car in the driveway surrounded by a neatly manicured lawn. Walk up a flight of steps and into the main hallway that includes a bedroom, a bathroom and closets housing the washer/dryer and utility sink.
Enter the open concept kitchen, dining and living area and your eyes will travel to water views of the canal and bay. You may even forget about cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. It has all you’ll need for an enjoyable stay.
The carpeted living room has floor to ceiling windows, 2 sleeper sofas, a flat screen TV, and DVD/VCR recorder. There is wireless internet for your convenience.
Exit through the sliders from the living and dining area to the screened in lanai looking down over the in-ground heated pool below. You’ll find it hard to leave this large, comfortable space. Relax on the sofa and watch the changes in the tide or perhaps you’ll spot a dolphin or two. There’s a dining table ready for a family dinner.
The first guest bedroom has twin beds and a TV, the second has a queen bed and in-room TV. The good sized full bathroom has a long granite top vanity and access to the hallway.
You will look forward to retiring to the king size bed in the large master bedroom equipped with a TV. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with an extra deep tub and a long granite top vanity. Ample closet space is present throughout the house.
Walk down the stairs and around to the L-shaped heated, screened in pool. From it, there’s a view of the marina and bay, and if you rise early in the morning, the sunrise too. When you’re relaxed, have lunch poolside, fish from your own dock or soak up some rays in one of the loungers. For a change of pace, sit out in the front yard and catch a different vantage point of the bay.
Of course, we can’t forget to mention the 7 miles of beautiful white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico just down the street and across Estero Boulevard, less than a 3 minute walk from the house. Please note this home is a nonsmoking and pet free home.
Grocery shopping is a breeze with Publix just around the corner. Bayfront Bistro, a 5 star restaurant, is located just behind it, along the Snook Bight Marina. You can almost see it from your front yard.
Trolleys at 50 cents per person travel south to Bonita Springs and Lover’s Key State Park for wildlife expeditions. Stop at Santini Mall along the way for unique shops and restaurants. Then travel the trolley north to Times Square for more restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
