The famous Torch Lake Sand Bar is one mile (10 minute boat ride) from the home. There are boat slips located at the home for renters use as well as a walking pier with bench for enjoying the scenic river views.
The home is very private and set back away from the road with a long winding paved driveway. The public boat launch is conveniently located near by.
