  This property is AMAZING. Beautiful and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. All the comforts of home. Spacious and clean. Ideal for large families that want to stay together but still have personal space. The surrounding property was beautiful and peaceful. We felt safe and loved that its a gated property. The pool is great for everyone, from young children to adults. Shopping and dinning are very close. Bahama Breeze and Miller's Ale House are our favorites. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. Can't wait to go back.

  From the initial owner contact on the property, this experience was second to none. The home was immaculate, accomodations stellar, location convenient, amenities above par...I could go on and on. We were extremely happy with the ease in doing business with the owner. She was quick and efficient with any and all questions and went above the call of duty delivering exceptional customer service. It isn't easy keeping a group of 8 happy and she did just that! Everyone raved about each and every aspect of the rental. We will return just because of the level of service we received. We had choices in where to stay and are so happy we chose this one. I guarantee that anyone who stays here will feel the same and want to come back again and again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

  We rent through VRBO very often. I can say without hesitation you will not find a more gracious and responsive owner. Paradise Palms is a wonderful resort for families. Plenty of on-site activities and close to all the attractions. The tiki bar was a nice bonus. The gorgeous townhome itself is well appointed and was comfortable for our group of 11. It had everything we could possibly need including room to spread out. Everyone in our group commented about the comfort of the beds. Next trip down to Orlando area we would book again in a second.

  The Villa - Perfect! Loads of room, Very clean, great comfy beds, plenty of towels and linen. A real home from home The Resort - been here 4 times now and its one of the leading holiday resorts in Florida. Great facilities and helpful staff The Owners - Rose is great! Always quick to respond to questions and a perfect person to rent from! Thanks for everything ! The Location - perfect for shopping, eating places, Disney, trip out to beaches def recommend Clearwater (90 mins) A great vacation and I would recommend this villa to anyone... We will be back !   The pictures do not do this hone justice! There were only 3 of us, however at the very reasonable cost, we enjoyed the extra space and ability to have our own rooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and has everything you need. Having the washer / dryer was a great advantage - we packed less and were also also able to throw suitcase packed clothes in the dryer to freshen them up. (Tip: Buy the "pods" style detergent and bring a few with you...no need to buy an entire package of laundry soap). Restaurants and shops are all within just a few minute drive, disney just a few miles and about a 20 minute drive to Seaworld and Universal. The club house is just as pictured and also very clean. The staff was professional and vey nice. Booking process through Rose is quick and easy and check in at the club house is just as easy. Will stay again if we come back and will recommend to all my friends and family!! Thank you Rose!

  Very pleased with the accommodations! From the very beginning, the owners were responsive and the place we rented exceeded our expectations. This was for a family reunion and the place could not have been more perfect. The kitchen area with the long counter provided ample room for us to all be together, prepare meals and enjoy drinks. The entire place was spotless and the condition of the town home was brand new. All of the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to be near the Theme Parks, yet doesn't want to be in the middle of all of the traffic.

  We were a party of 6, and there was so much room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of extra pillows, blankets, as well as a closet full of towels It was an easy drive to any of the actractions, resturants, and shopping. The pool at the house was great for the little ones, and we all enjoyed the pool down at the club house, as well as the bar. Would stay here again, owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. Kelly W Ontario, Canada.

  The owners were so helpful in planning our stay, always quick to respond to all of our questions. The townhouse was beautiful, and the kids loved playing in the splash pool on premise. They also enjoyed the association's community pool too! The location was great too! It was easy to drive to all of the theme parks, and it was really close to a Super Target, grocery stores, and great restaurants!

  Our stay at Paradise Palms was amazing. The property was roomy, very clean and nicely equipped - everything you see in the pictures and more!!!. We were able to spread out and relax. It was conveniently located (10-15 min drive to most attractions). The amenities at the clubhouse were great. Our kids loved the game room and pool. We will definitely be back and recommend without hesitation.

  We traveled down to the Disney area during spring break with my son's high school baseball team who was playing at the ESPN Sports Complex in Disney. I did not want to pay Disney property prices, so my wife, daughter and I rented Rose's place with two other families. The place is immaculate, upscale and perfectly located away from the heavy traffic that can jam Disney at Spring Break. The bedrooms, baths, kitchen and family room all very large, roomy, comfortable and perfectly decorated. Although we did not use the pool much due to a lack of time, we did sit out at night and have drinks out there. The resort is fantastic. Great pool, tiki lunch bar, shuffle board, baskeball, Starbucks....just like any of the Disney properties. The staff was terrific too. Already making my plans for next year's high school baseball & softball spring trip. Not even going to look anywhere else. THANKS SO MUCH ROSE!!!
