  What a wonderful time we had at the beach. The townhome is beautiful and has absolutely everything we needed for the beach. Towels, chairs, a canopy, umbrellas. All we needed were our suits and some lotion. It's all in the details and Carla takes care of every one, from a care package to fresh flowers in the home, nothing is forgotten. Carla was a pleasure to work with, we will definitely come back to stay, in fact we are already planning our next trip! We highly recommend this property, we know you will love it too!

  My wife and I recently stayed here with my 15 year old daughter and a few of her friends. We absolutely loved everything! The home is fabulously furnished. My daughter commented to her friends that she felt like she was in a "home" as opposed to a rental. I would have to agree!!! The next time we go back to P'cols, we're definitely staying here if it's available!!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  We rented this codo for a month and dealing with the owner has been very frustrating. The condo was decorated nicely but has started showing signs of wear. Also, note there was no internet service provided as promised by the owner which resulted in excessive data charges to our phone since internet access was a business necessity and made clear to the owner that it was needed (over $300 in extra charges). The owner claims that the condo was left dirty, which it wasn't, but we did leave behind a few small bags of trash in the kitchen since my daughter had to leave at 7 a.m. that morning and were told the cleaning people would like to come early so they could get away for Thanksgiving. Also, note we rented a condo in Destin for 6 weeks immediately prior to this rental and had no complaints from the owner and our full deposit was refunded. Also, we have rented several condos in the past and our deposit has always been refunded. If you are only going to stay for a couple of days, this might be ok, but otherwise I would advise not renting this condo. We found the owner to be unreasonable.

  Owner response: I have received five star reviews my entire rental history which is approaching three years. Witnesses by my reviews, most have found me easy to work with and always available. I am very detail oriented and always check to make sure everything is satisfactory upon arrival, during and after a rental. Feedback is always welcome as I am unable to correct any concerns without notification. Unfortunately, accidents may happen and damage charges will apply for replacement as in this case. Basis rules of agreement are provided in advance for protection of property and the continued enjoyment for others. Of all my years of rentals this is the first security deposit that I have not refunded.

  The condo was extremely nice, possibly even better than the description. It has every kind of appliance you need in the kitchen and more than enough bath and beach towels. Property is located just a short walk to the beach; not too far from some nice eating places, parasailing, and shopping. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and suggested activities and eating places for our children.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  Owner response: Vacations are about relaxing and getting away from it all, food and fun. A detailed home is a comfortable home. Knowing “Fun Things on the Island” you can plan fun activities for your family. I am so glad that you enjoyed my home and that my suggestions helped you enjoy a fun filled 4th of July.   We had a lovely vacation. The townhouse is beautiful with a fully equipped kitchen and basic cooking oil, spices, etc. provided. We especially appreciate the beach towels, beach umbrella, and canopy that made staying the beach very enjoyable. Carla was very helpful and always get back with you promptly. We definitely want to stay on this lovely home on our next visit.

  This home is very comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed inside most of time while there due to the flood Floirida had those dates. It was quite a surprise to see that much rain. We felt safe there. This home provided all the things we needed. I highly recommend this place.

  Owner response: Florida has frequent summer showers but the nonstop rain was unusual. It is so important to select a nice place so that you are comfortable in and out of the sun. I designed my home with comfort, safety and relaxation in mind. My location provides additional security from the occasional gulf storms. I am so thrilled that you and your family enjoyed my home.   My family thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The home is in a great location with easy access to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. We were impressed with the time Carla spent with us and the information she provided!!

  I inquired about staying at the Pensacola Beach secret. Although we are unable to go this time, I was so impressed with the time Carla took answering my inquiry! She is such a loving owner of this beautiful home. I am eager to spend time there this summer, and am going to pass the information on to friends and family! I really want to share this secret!

  The townhouse was superb in every aspect. It felt like a home away from home. It was nice to have beach towels provided as well as a beach cart to carry all of your belongings to the beach. We had two small children so that was a nice perk for us. Another perk for small kids is that you go across a bridge where the ducks live, We would take bread and feed the ducks and even saw a swan that came out for feeding also. My daughter really liked that since we recently finished reading a book about the ugly duckling. The townhouse had all we need to cook while we where there. We really liked that because some nights we would just sit out on the deck and eat. The bedrooms were exceptional. Especially the master bedrooms bathroom. I loved loved loved the shower. It had a adjustable shower head that moved up and down and jets were even built in for a body massage. Would I chose this townhouse again? Yes!! The owner of this townhouse has thought of everything for you while on vacation in Pensacola. The neighbors are even nice also:)!! Had a chance to talk to one of them and he seemed pretty down to earth.

  This was our 1st time in Pensacola. The Townhome was very clean and beautifuly ecorated. Everything was provided including beach chairs, canopy and beach towels. Great not to have to pack all of that. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. The food was great, we especially enjoyed Peg Leg Petes and Flounders. The beach iwth the white sand was breath taking. Just wish we could have viewed the beach from our Townhome.
