The house sits on a third acre, that borders the vineyard and surrounded with protected land. It's a 100 year old Farmhouse that has it's original wooden floors, a gas fireplace in the living room. A nice size dining room with wainscoting on the walls and a small library of that with a newly renovated downstairs bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances and pantry with sink.A master bedroom overlooks the pool and garden, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a large closet and the other bedroom also serves as an office. The property includes a guest house with fireplace a fully outfitted Queen suite and bathroom, a small kitchen area for quiet breakfasts, and it's own private deck. There is a flat screen TV and CD player and plenty of books are available. The rest of the grounds include, koi pond with lilies and five terraces for entertaining--one of which is the BBQ area with plenty of seating and fresh grown herbs. The fountain's trickling water attracts nesting birds, which makes the whole property a world of it's own. A great place to relax.

I love this home, gardens, pool and guest house. The amenities for a beach home are all inclusive. A true garden lover's dream stay. Pool and pool house perfect for a couple. Main house comfortable and tastefully appointed, a cook's kitchen, office, central air, decorator touches, pampered ambience. Love overlooking private vineyard...so very peaceful! Fun entertaining home, private areas for guests indoors and outdoors. Excellent housekeeper available..Outdoor shower, fountains, bikes available. Sunset from covered porch, all very pleasant memories from my previous stays here! Will definitely return. Photos do not reflect all the fabulous ambience and space.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
