This Sun Valley Condo is the perfect location for skiing in the winter and summer fun! The two story unit is spacious and well kept with modern contemporary furnishings and original artwork. In a quiet neighborhood with nearly every amenity, there is an Olympic size pool and tennis courts just one block away. Adjacent to the bike path and mountain biking with Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain close by for skiing, snowboarding and hiking. The free bus will take you anywhere you need to go or use the 2 car garage if you have your own transportation.
This is an ideal spot to BBQ on the deck and entertain guests. Dogs are allowed for an additional deposit. Very kid-friendly location as well.

We stayed here for just a few days to ski during the holidays. The home is spacious, well-designed and more modern than many other Sun Valley properties. The location is good; only a few minutes drive to the Sun Valley resort area, Ketchum and skiing. The only complaint was our stay was too short, but when we return to Sun Valley, we will look to this home first. I highly recommend this property for families, couples, or skiers looking for nice diggs.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, pet owners.

Wow, this place is the best ever. It feels so much like a home and not a rental. Very spacious and comfortable with a great floor plan. The deck is quiet and a tie out for the dog, it's just perfect with a pet. Right next to the bike path an easy access to town. The Harker Center is a short walk. We will stay her again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.
