We are on a mini compound consisting of the main house and 2 cottages. The price for the main house is $3,100. per week, Cottage B is $1,800. per week, and Cottage C is $1,600. per week. The beach is about a 3 minute walk from the compound, or you can walk to two public beaches in about 5 0r 7 minutes. We are located in the center of Watch Hill on the bay.

Private home with water view, within walking distance of beaches, docks, and lovely Watch Hill (shops, restaurants, carousel). Includes living room, dining room, deck (with furniture), two car garage and private additional parking. Rental includes free bathhouse and entrance to the Carousel Beach (for duration of stay).

The main house bed configuration is 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds. Livingroom, dinining room, eat in kitchen, laundry, 2 baths, decks.
Cottage B has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen, 2 twins and a pull out queen sofa in the living room,1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, deck.

Cottage C has 2 bedrooms, 1 dopuble, 2 twin beds & a double futon in the living room, 1 bath fully stocked kitchen, deck.

All have their own beach pass, bath house and gas grill.

Perfect location for those looking for fun at the beach and quaintness of Watch Hill.

Reasonable driving distance to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos, Mystic Connecticut, Providence and Newport Rhode Island.

  • These cottages and ranch home are located in a most desirable neighborhood of Watch Hill. They are centrally located but offer all the privacy one would desire. They have been completely remodeled and are immaculate. The owners are extremely pleasant and very accommodating. It is evident they take great pride in their property. We highly recommend them!
