Enjoy this beautiful modern lake home located in the heavily forested Allegany Mountains. If you like a relaxing setting this is the place for you. Enjoy eating all of your meals on the large covered deck overlooking the water. There is a cascading waterfall that you can see and hear from the deck. This house is located one hour south of Buffalo, NY. Rushford lake is a lake that offers beautiful scenery, great fishing, boating and various water sports.
The house has lots to offer. A full bathroom on all three floors. Master bedroom with king size bed with a private balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with a full bathroom and queen size bed. There is a queen size leather sleeper sofa as well for guests. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator and microwave.
If you own a boat this is the place for you. There is a public launch just down the road. We have plenty of room for you to dock your boat or jet skis. The marina down the road offers boat rentals. There is a water slide for your kids, or the young at heart.

Thank you for a wonderful trip!!!!!!!!!!! The Boat ride was alot of fun! If you are thinking of rent this house for a vacation do it! The house is clean, the swimming was good and the slide was awesome. The kids can't wait to go back next year! Thank you for everything!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Rates
Weekly rate is $1,700.00. Must rent Saturday to Saturday. A nonrefundable down payment of $700.00 is due at time of booking. Payment is due upon check in. An additional $300.00 security deposit is due upon arrival. Security deposits will be refunded if there are no damages or missing items. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check out is at 10:00 a.m.

About the owner: You can call me Bogey. I am a second grade teacher at a near by school. I have a cabin on 65 acres that is only ten minutes away from the lake.
