Imagine… waking up every morning with a cup of coffee and sitting out on the lanai in one of our oversized comfortable resin wicker chairs overlooking the preserve watching the wildlife along the stream...

Our 2+ bedroom coach home with garage is located in gorgeous Sandpiper Isle and was completely redecorated in 2011. Our coach home is located near the end of the cul-de-sac and overlooks a stream and nature preserve. It is very private, quiet and tranquil. It is a first floor end unit with tons of windows and plantation shutters throughout. Very cheery and bright. Our floor plan has a totally open kitchen which opens up to the great room. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet and large master bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be pulled together to create another king-sized bed. There is an open office with a large desk. Our beautiful lanai can be entered by the great room, office and master bedroom. There is a large sectional with a queen sleeper sofa in the great room for 2 more guests. Great care and meticulous attention has been given to every detail, including Egyptian cotton linens and Egyptian cotton bath towels.

INTERNET AND WI-FI included. Bose stereo system with i-pod dock. 3 Flat Screen Tvs. 40' in living area, 32' in master bedroom and 22' in guest room.

NON-SMOKING Home.

Sandpiper Isle is one of the most beautifully landscaped neighborhoods in Pelican Landing. It is nestled in the center of Pelican Landing among trees and water. Totally removed from any roads and noise.

Pelican Landing has incredible amenities to offer. The tennis center is within walking distance. There is a brand new community center with a state of the art fitness center. Canoeing, Kayaking and Sailing are also available within the community and complimentary equipment is provided for each. There are hiking and biking trails. If that isn’t enough, you may want to visit the new recently designed Spring Creek Nature and Butterfly Garden or take a nature walk around the beautiful World Class 18 hole Pelican Nest Golf Course. If you are looking for resort style living, this truly is it.

In addition to the community center, Sandpiper Isle has its own community center (The Sandpiper Club) with fitness room, kitchen, game room, library, barbecues, hot tub and pool.

Pelican Landing has its own private beach club on the gulf with full amenities such as palapas, chaise lounges, beach chairs, tables, nature library, restrooms and showers. There is a complimentary boat shuttle that runs every ½ hour. The boat ride is 12 minutes.

Pelican Landing is located between Fort Myers and Naples. It is a 20 minute drive to the Southwest Florida International Airport and a 25 minute drive to 5th Avenue, Naples. We are a ½ mile to the new Coconut Point Mall, and a short drive to the Miromar Outlets.

                            After spending a week in this beautiful coach home, I can say it was everything and more as described by the owners. It was spotlessly clean and welcoming. The rooms are bright and cheerful. I hated to leave. I especially enjoyed the beach club and the local restaurants. I would recommend this property to everyone.

                            Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

                          Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Isle:
                          My husband and I are in our early 50s and although we are nowhere near retiring, we decided that we would like to have a vacation home where we felt like we were staying at a resort. As soon as we drove through the north gate of Pelican Landing, we knew this was it. I wish we never had to leave.

                          The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
                          What sets our property apart from so many others is that our property overlooks a beautiful stream and preserve. It is so tranquil. In the mornings, I have my coffee sitting on the lanai watching the birds and wildlife along the stream. In the evenings, a glass of wine doing the same. Sometimes, during the day, I will take a beach chair and set it under one of the large trees outside our lanai, where it is totally shaded and read a book.
