I spent Christmas at the condo (my son attends UCSB and had to work over the Christmas break) so my younger son and I decided to come to him for the holidays. The property is clean and well-maintained. Also, it is very convenient to UCSB. It is also within walking distance to a grocery store and many restaurants. Even though the owners were out-of-state for Christmas, they were easily reached by telephone when I had a question. We are just wrapping up a 5 week stay in this condo and have been very pleased with it. The description doesn't mention the fact that there is also an office with a large desk and printer, which has been very helpful to us as we are working during our stay here. The location is great if you are visiting UCSB too (within biking distance). The owner has been very helpful and responsive and the condo couldn't be more comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked; there are beach towels, an on-site laundry, great patio area, good wifi, and a 2-car garage. It suited our needs perfectly.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a beautiful condo centrally located in Goleta. Close to UCSB, the beach, and shopping, we felt quite comfortable here. Beds were comfortable, as were all the furnishings. Deck and patio were relaxing for morning coffee. Having this condo available to us made our week-long stay much more enjoyable and affordable than if we had stayed in a hotel. We definitely recommend this property, and in fact, already have! The owner was very helpful during the reservation and payment process, and we had no problems or issues at all during our stay. If you go, be sure to plan on a 4 hour whale watching trip aboard the Condor Express out of Santa Barbara harbor. It was truly an amazing experience! We also enjoyed the proximity to the Santa Ynez Valley for wine tasting. As for dining, there are just too many fantastic restaurants to list. Enjoy your stay!!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
