  We recently stayed in this home when our granson (who lived with us) graduated from Marine bootcamp at Parris Island. The property was everything we expected and more. The home was just as described and the owners were great to work with. I had so many questions and they were so patient in anwering them all. The house was so convenient to the base at Parris Island and close to a great grocery store as well. It came stocked with all the things we needed. The dock was wonderful and the things supplied in the shed were great to have on hand when we wanted to go in the water. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that may be visiting the area, especially families of marine graduates. Thank you so much for making an exciting time for our family memorable!

  The house was great. The large open kitchen, dining room, and living room arrangement worked great for the entire family to gather and celebrate my sons graduation.

  My family had one of the most relaxing vacations in many many years. The house is a perfect place to fish, crab, relax, and sleep.... the beds are awesome. Its about a 8 minute drive to a convenience store and about 15 min to the Walmart/shopping/fast food area. The kitchen had everything one needs for preparing meals. Remember to bring - . BUG SPRAY for sitting on the dock.!! The master bedroom is huge with a wonderful deep jet tub. Wifi service was great, 5 TVs keep every one happy, and the residential neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Charleston was our go to place until now.. Beaufort has replaced it. Would highly recommend this rental.

  My family stayed at this relaxing and peaceful property in late March. We enjoyed our stay. The home was close to the end of a quiet road. That was especially nice for us because we were able to let the kids walk the dog around the road and cul de sac with no worries. We were able to use the deck and the grill but unfortunately it was too (unseasonably) cold to enjoy our coffee on the dock. Pat was excellent to work with - very quick with the responses to all inquiries made. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your very comfortable home. We hope to be back!

  We visited this wonderful home because our son was graduating from Parris Island - the Marine Corps! We had an absolute wonderful time, the house is amazing and the owners were fabulous! Highly recommend!!

  This house is located a bit off the beaten track, but is in a nice quiet location about 30 minutes from Parris Island. The house itself is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. There were 7 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. Even though it was chilly weather during our stay there, we enjoyed the dock, watching the tide and the birds and even got a look at a dolphin swimming by. The heating system worked fine for the colder weather. I would highly recommend this rental and if ever I am in the area again, I will be staying here.

  Would recommend this rental house to anyone. Pat was amazing to work with during the entire process. Always answering emails promptly and working with me with things came up and answering questions. The house is only about 15-20 minutes from MCRD Parris Island and traffic was a breeze...but we left early!!!! The house was clean, neat, comfortable and up to date and just as advertised. We enjoyed it so much! Would have loved to have stayed the entire weekend but my Marine wanted to get home!

  The home is lovely! Gorgeous views and on the water. Loved the porch and dock. Also the owners were wonderful at making sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying again the future!

  We had the opportunity to rent this lovely home during our son's recent graduation from Parris Island. Not knowing the area, we were extremely happy with our internet choice. The property was even nicer than I expected. It is furnished nicely and very spacious. We had weather that allowed us to enjoy the dock and actually canoe too. Not only was the property great, the owner's were excellent to deal with. From check in to check out to security deposit being refunded, the owner's were extremely prompt and friendly. I hope that in the future our travels find us back in the area. I would definitely rent this great property again.

  We stayed in this beautiful home when our son graduated from Marine bootcamp last month. I chose this home because so many reviews stated it was clean. I was not disappointed. It was not only clean but roomy. There were 7 adults and one toddler and there was plenty of room. We absolutely loved the room for children! It is stocked with toys and things to keep little ones busy. Great idea Pat! We also loved the dock and my husband and granddaughter even caught a few crabs! We saw an otter every morning. It was such a restful place to come back to after some busy days on PI. Please do not hesitate to stay here.
