  This was our second experience renting through VRBO and we were thrilled with the results once again. After quite a bit of searching on VRBO we settled on this property and reserved it for the middle of May. The villa is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The included laundry facilities were a huge help. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Some of our favorite things were the clean beach (access available only to owners/guests of this resort), the tennis courts, the variety of pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor heated), and the pool view from the balcony. Our son loved the Wii. The owners of this villa provide tennis rackets, tennis balls, a beach umbrealla, beach cooler, chairs, and more. These things were very handy to have on-hand. The air-conditioning had problems when we arrived on Saturday. I notified the owners on Sunday and they promptly sent somebody out to fix it first thing Monday morning. We had such an enjoyable time at this resort that we ended up staying an additional week.

  We spent Thanksgiving week here, and it was exactly what we needed for a restful getaway. The condo is clean and well-equipped, and located in a complex that is just fine. I don't know what it's like during more crowded times of the year, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The beds were perfect, and having three bedrooms gave everyone their own space. The little kitchen has just about everything we could have wanted, and being able to do our laundry in the condo was also a key to making the experience so nice. We played in the indoor pool and rode our bikes on the beach almost every day. There are grocery stores nearby and a Starbucks! The owners made everything so easy that we're going to go back again this year. And that's the highest praise we could give.

  This place is awesome !!!!!! Our entire family loved it .. we loved the condo and the view was awesome. there was plenty of space for all for us,it was clean and had all the items we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was beautiful, when the weather wasn't so good ( which was only 1 day) there was an indoor pool and hot tub for our enjoyment. We went fishing and caught a few and even got to take pictures of the neighborhood gator .. WE all had a wonderful time .. thank you Anne and Tom for being so awesome ... can't wait to book with you guys again .

  We just wanted to say thank you for allowing us to rent your villa. Hilton Head Resort is always filled with so many memories. Your villa was fabulous and very roomy. The kids enjoyed having their own rooms. The wii was a great hit for the kids as sometimes they needed some down time. The weather was probably the best we had in years so we spent all day at the beach. The beach chairs and roller cooler was great for us as we were able to comfortably sit on the beach and bring drinks and snacks to the beach. Every day the kids found different things on the beach-sharks teeth and unique shells. The St Patrick's Day Parade was another awesome time with a lot of different floats this year. It was amazing to see the great number of people that attended the parade this year. The living room in the villa was so big. We all had our own space if we needed it or we had the couch to cuddle on too. The balcony was also great. The kids would wake up in the morning and sit outside on the balcony until we got up. They always gave us the weather report every morning! We enjoyed having dinners out (Chef David's Roastfish and Cornbread; New York Pizza and the Olive Garden) but we also loved to come home to the villa and make a good home cooked meal. Your kitchen was stalked with everything we needed! Overall, we loved this villa and are hoping to stay March Break next year or who knows maybe sooner as we love Hilton Head Island! Thanks again for a comfortable stay at villa #360419!!!

  It was our first time in Hilton Head, and we were not sure what to expect. The villa was exactly as pictured, and very comfortable. There was a great amount of room for sleeping -- our family of five was very comfortable, and there was easily room for more. There were many dishes, and we were very pleased to find melamine dishes as well (with 3 kids, that takes away a bit of stress when using other people's dishes!). The villa is a corner villa, which was very lovely. The extra windows are nice, and the balcony view was very pleasant, despite being the furthest building from the beach. (The buildings are all attached, and really quite close together). The walk to the beach was great-- we enjoyed it every day -- it never felt as long as it is. There was almost always a golf cart shuttle available (they run every 1/2 hr during October), but we usually waved them on, because the walk was so much fun. The owners of the villa were very accommodating, especially considering that we booked last minute! We found all the staff at the Resort to be extremely friendly and helpful. There was so much to do every day, we could hardly do everything. The pool areas were being painted (we visited during off-season), which thankfully was on a rotation, so there was always a pool to swim in. When we wanted to rent bikes, the bike rental at the Resort was closed for painting, but the villa owners had provided us with another bike rental company to call. The bikes were delivered right to the resort! The bicycling was amazing -- there are trails everywhere, and bicycling on the beach was wonderful. All in all, we had a wonderful time, and hope to return to Hilton Head many times in the future, God-willing!

  The property grounds were very beautiful and well maintained. The condo building is the furtherest from the beach. A short 5 min walk over to the boardwalk, then a 5 min. walk on the boardwalk over the marsh to get to the beach. Shuttle transportation was provided, however we had 2 young children so we opted to bring a garden wagon to carry children and beach supplies. Large furniture in the bedrooms made them a bit small and there was very little useable closet space. The main bath was very small. The overall cleanliness was good with the exception of the shower liner in master bedroom, mildew grows very fast in the heat & humidity. The balcony was nice. The pools were excilent. We also took advantage of the charchol grills. The resort is very centerally located and convenient. I will keep this one in my list for return visit. I felt we got a good value. Thanks Tom & Anne

  Owner response: Thanks for the review. We have previously timed the walk to the beach, and it is about 7-8 minutes, and people enjoy the wildlife and natural beauty during the walk. Just a note that buildings are attached, so the difference between bldg 1 and bldg 4 is just a couple minute walk. Our villa is almost 1200 sqare feet, which is the size of some houses. The bedrooms are typical of most houses and larger than most rentals in Hilton Head. We have 3 bedrooms (King, Queen and 2 twins) and have provided dressers to put your personal items during your stay. The closets are actually very empty, except for one closet that we have placed all the beach / pool toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler on wheels, etc. There is still room to hang clothes and a dresser to place your clothes. There are two bathrooms in the villa, and the "small master" bath is larger than most bathrooms in Hilton Head (we did a huge search before we bought in Hilton Head Resort). They are a standard size for all villas in Hilton Head resort and are equipped with a Full size Tub and shower, full size sink and toilet - all you need for a vacation. In June 2011 we replaced the shower curtain with a shower door in the guest bath as part of major renovation. We change out the shower curtain regularly and in December 2011 we are putting in a new glass door in the master bath. If you have any questions or concerns please give us a call. Tom and Anne
