  We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this very comfortable cottage. We are a family of 6 including 3 teenagers and found what we could easily describe as a home away from home. The area is idyllic. Quaint, picturesque vicinity; comfortable and cozy accommodations. The personal touches offered by the owners were exceptional. We stayed for a week and could easily have stayed much longer and still been quite comfortable. We enjoyed the local scenery from Niantic, New London, Mystic and Waterford as well as easy access to NYC and Boston. If we had more time we could have easily seen and done more. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

  Our family had a fantastic time at the cottage nicely furnished games and books for the kids owners went above and beyond leaving baked goods, wine and treats for the kids. Plenty to do in the area will hope to go again.

  This is the cutest place.....we came to CT for our daughter's wedding and decided a home would work better for our family rather than several hotel rooms.....and this cottage was perfect......and Pat and Peter are incredibly gracious hosts ....the house is filled with lots of games and dvd's and is extremely family friendly.....our 4 year old granddaughter loved all the card games and books.....the entire drive into the area was so picturesque and the Giant's neck beach is very pretty...my only regret is that our time there was a little crazy due to all the many wedding events etc.......but we would love to come back again and enjoy the beautiful area, the beach and the relaxing feel of the cottage again.

  I rented this cottage for a week in the end of September, and totally loved it. The owners really put great effort into making sure your vacation is enjoyable. They left us a welcome suprise of snacks, a bottle of wine, and homemade cookies! Everything you need is here, the pictures don't do it justice. It's close to the casinos and attractions, yet in it's own private area with the beach only 2 blocks away. I barely ever saw anyone on the beach, lots of room to wander around to collect shells or rocks. The price was right, too. I wasn't able to do a full week due to work and they were willing to accommodate my schedule. I recommend this cottage to anyone, I will most certainly be back!

Weekly spring rates of $650.00 per week from May 11th - June 15th. 
Early summer rate of $950.00 per week June 15 - June 29th.
Holiday rates of $1250.00 per week for June 29th - July 13th
Weekly summer rates of $1150.00 per week during the season of July 13th - Aug 24th
Week of August 24th - August 31th is $850.00.
Fall rates for Aug. 31st - Oct. 26th are $650.00 per week or $2200.00 per month 
A $300.00 per week or $500.00 per month security deposit is required per rentals.
PayPal accepted with a 3% fee.
