Our sunny condo has windows on 3 sides as well as a skylight in the living room, allowing you to enjoy views of both the mountain in the backyard as well as the distant mountain ranges. The large, fully equipped kitchen has a bar seating area adjacent to the dining area. There are nearby grocery stores if you want to cook, but if you do not, you can walk to a large variety of restaurants on Main Street. You can relax in the condo’s Jacuzzi bath tub or take advantage of the Club House with hot tub and sauna. In the warmer months the balcony is a wonderful place to cook on the gas grill, have meals with the hummingbirds and enjoy the mountain scenery. The gas fireplace will keep the living room cozy while you watch the HDTVs complete with Blue Ray disk players and wireless internet. Our 1100 square foot unit has its own washer and dryer. There are additional washers and dryers in the club house as well as a big screen TV.
The condo has a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. There is a twin bed in the sunroom and at night you can see the moon and stars beyond the mountain from the bed. The living room couch converts to a double bed. 2 bureaus in each bedroom lend plenty of drawer space and each bedroom has a large closet. There are 2 full size bathrooms with bathtub/showers. The bathroom with the Jacuzzi tub connects directly to the master bedroom as well as directly to the living area. The second bedroom has a connecting bath as well as its own outside doorway and can be locked off from the condo if desired. Access to this 3rd floor condo is by enclosed stairway only, there is no elevator.
When you are ready for the outdoor activities, you can start with the 63 miles of recreational path accessed from the condo’s backyard. Use it to bike, hike, roller blade, skateboard, snowshoe, or cross country ski. There is a locker beside the unit’s covered parking space for skis and snowboards. At the other end of Main Street is a marina which provides boating and other activities on the reservoir during both the summer and the winter months. The lift lines at Copper Mountain are a 10 minute ride from the bus stop right outside our building on the Free Summit Stage bus. You can also take the Summit Stage to the Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe ski areas, as well as shopping and business areas throughout Summit County. If you decide to stay here, we think you will want to come back again and again. We certainly did!

About the owner: We live in a beach town on the Gulf of Mexico but are northerners by birth. We miss cold, crisp, snowy winters and 4 seasons: our seasons are summer and January (foggy). We are biomedical researchers and teach in the medical and graduate schools at our university. When we aren't at work we are outside riding bicycles or motorcycles, swimming, gardening, or walking on the beach. Our 3 children have now left home so we have time to extend our outdoor activities to Summit County, Colorado whenever we can. When we cannot be there, we would like others to enjoy all the activities the area offers.
Why the Owner Chose Woodbridge Inn: We have both skied since we were teenagers and began traveling to Utah and Colorado in the 1990's so our children could see snow and learn to ski. We have stayed in many places but fell in love with Frisco. We enjoy the people and the lifestyle in Summit County as well as the multitude of year round outdoor activities. Our condo is on the Summit Stage Bus Route so we can drive to Frisco, park our car and not drive it again until we leave, since the bus, which stops right outside the condo, will take us to the ski resorts and shopping areas throughout the county. We are on Main Street, so we can walk to the restaurants, business centers and stores.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Our condo is on the top floor of the building so you have a skylight and a beautiful view of the town and surrounding mountains. With windows on 3 sides of the 1100 square foot space, there is always something to watch. 63 miles of Summit County Recreational Pathways are accessed directly behind the building so you can hop onto it to ride bikes, walk, run and even rollerblade or skateboard in the summer. In the winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the path. When the weather is warmer, you can eat lunch on the balcony with the hummingbirds. The bus, which stops right outside the building, will take you to the Copper Mountain lifts in 10 minutes for hiking and mountain biking in the summer, and snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing, and downhill or cross country skiing in the winter. You can also ride the bus to Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe ski areas, as well as shopping and business destinations throughout the county.
