  I loved the condo, the area and convenience to everything. Perfect accommodation and very quiet neighborhood. Denise was very helpful and would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the area.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed for four days in January. The Apartment was very clean, and well kept. All essentials were there and in good working condition. There were no surprises and the owner was excellent in providing information as needed. She called before our arrival when we were on the way from the airport to arrange her arrival time to meet us at the place even though it was late at night.We recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Houston.

  We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, quiet property. The setting was very convenient to the shopping we needed, close to the Gallaria, and close to our family activities. The property was as descrbed, very clean, and the owner helpful without being intrusive. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen nicely supplied. The TV and internet were simple to use. Space was adequate although the master bath area was small. All the appliances worked great except the clothes dryer, but the owner said there was a new one on order. The water pressure in the showers was a tad weird, but did not inconvenience us in any way. We would definitely stay here again.

  We came to Houston to go to the International Quilt Show and stayed here. It is a lovely condo and the complex is really nice. It is a very quiet place and the hot tub was wonderful after walking all day. The dining table was not strong enough to hold all our sewing machines, but when I called Denise she gave us a card table to use really quickly. I would highly recommend this condo for your visits to Houston. The drive to the George Brown Convention Center was not bad (about 20 minutes) each time we went. We also enjoyed visiting the Galleria and it is very close to the condo!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  We stayed here September 5-8 of this year. The location is amazing, beautiful, close to the grocery store, coffee shops, extra. It's a beautiful area for going for a walk, is located right across from the pool, and is close to the Texas Children's Hospital which is why we were there. The condo itself was perfect for me, my husband, and our two boys ages 6 and 3. It had everything we needed and the owners were extremely welcoming and helpful while we were there. We will definitely use them again if we come back to Texas. Thanks for a great stay!!!

  We just got back home tonight from spending nine nights in this condo. It was PERFECT for our family. The location is great at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. We are all runners and going for a run was easy, just go out the door and start running. Lot's of quiet streets to explore with beautiful homes to see. We even saw a possum!! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The location makes it easy to get anywhere in Huston and having a grocery store within minutes made making meals in the condo a breeze. The pool was just across the parking lot and was quiet and clean. In addition the owners are easy to work with and answered my questions immediately and met us on arrival and departure. Thanks Denise!!! you sure helped make our trip a success. Now if you could only do something about those ASTROS!!! But, they did win on our last night!!

  My husband and I recently stayed in this lovely apartment. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood - great for walking. We felt completely safe at all times. The owner is very gracious and easy to reach if you have a question. There were plenty of towels and linens which sometimes are not found in rentals. Every thought was put into guests' comfort. Thanks Denise for everything!

  My family recently stayed at this property while visiting our son in Houston. Great location - exactly as described. Close proximity to grocery store, gas station and connecting roads to freeways, yet in a quiet neighborhood great for walking. Denise was fantastic to work with, before, during and after our stay. We will definitely use this property on future visits to Houston and would recommend it to anyone.

  Our family of five (that includes a 4yr old and 18mos old twins) recently stayed at this property for four nights and were very pleased with our decision. The complex is tucked away at the end of a road and the amenities were plenty. I appreciated the updated kitchen that allowed me to prepare meals and a dining area that was large enough to fit all five of us for meals. The master bedroom has its own bath and the second bedroom was large enough to fit two pack and plays (although it was a little tight) in addition to the existing two twin beds. What worked best for us was the fact that there was a door that separated the main living space from the hallway from which the two bedrooms were attached. That way, my husband and I could watch tv and not worry about having to be extra quiet for the kids. The only complaint we had was that we wish the cable tv was more than just basic cable. Travelling with a 4 year old and not having access to cartoons in the morning was a little difficult, not to mention 50% of the available channels were in Spanish so choices were very limited. However, there is a DVD player so you could always bring your own. Overall, Denise was more than accommodating and incredibly pleasant to work with before and during our stay. When we make it back down to Houston, we'll definately keep this property at the top of our list.
