Cedar Tree Chalet has the woodsy feeling of "knotty pine" sought after by many a winter sports enthusiasts, but with all the luxury of modern living. A full kitchen with a large dining table, washer/dryer, cable TV, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Two double rooms and a bunk room allows sleeping for 7-8 comfortably.
The main room boasts an elegant gas flame fire with none of the effort of a real fire, but for those seeking the romance of a real fire, there is a woodburning stove in the downstairs double room that keeps it's occupants warm and toasty on snowy nights. Plenty of storage space and parking round off this excellent package.

When the final snows of winter melt into Lake Tahoe, Cedar Tree Chalet becomes a prime location for summer fun on the Lake. In the summer, Homewood Ski Resort doubles as a paint balling center for enthusiasts and novices alike.

Winter-Summer Rates (two-night minimum): $265/night. Discounted weekly rate
(7 nights) - $1,669/week.
Holiday Rates (three-night minimum): $450/night. Discounted weekly rate
(7 nights) - $2,835/week. Holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years,
Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter and the Fourth of July.
Off-Season Rates/Apr 1-May 23, Sep 15-Nov 15 (two-night minimum): $200/night.
Discounted weekly rate (7 nights) - $1,260/week.
$500 refundable deposit. 10% CA tax. $175 cleaning/linen fee. No pets. No smoking.
