BAY FRONT CONDO - This beautiful newly renovated bay front condo is located in the heart of historic “Fish Alley”, steps away from Gillian’s Amusement Pier, restaurants,bakeries, coffee shops and other night time entertainment. No need to drive – park your car and let your feet do the walking!
This unit has two bedrooms, one and half bathrooms, all new carpets and flooring throughout. Sleeps maximum of six people – one queen bed, two twins and a sleeper sofa. Condo includes a full kitchen, washer, dryer and gas grill. Relax on the balcony overlooking the boats and waterway. An outside shower,and one parking space are available for use on the first level.
Tenants are required to bring their own linens, towels and beach chairs. So just pack your bags and enjoy your stay! Come to where people love to play!
For health and safety of all our tenants this rental property is SMOKE and PET FREE!
A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week.

I needed a place to stay for a weekend fishing tournament and this was right across from mikes seafood where the event was happening. Right in the heart of fish alley Place was clean, and rental was very easy, I would stay here again in a minuteRecommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.
