We survived Hurrican Sandy and are READY FOR THE SUMMER of 2013. This is a beautifully decorated NEW CONSTRUCTION home, located on a BEACH BLOCK in the Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club section of Beach Haven. The house has 5 LARGE DECKS (2 1/2 are covered) and breath taking views of the ocean. Each room of the house opens onto a deck so that the outdoor ocean breezes can be enjoyed. The house features a gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, and a family room with cathedral ceilings. Amenities include 2 flat screen televisions, DVD player, and WI-FI internet. For your comfort, this home has an outdoor shower, central A/C and ceiling fans throughout.

Everything about this house was first rate - nice size, clean, great location. I was a little worried that we were a mile south of the center of Beach Haven, but that turned out to be a blessing. It was a little quieter and the beach is nicer there. The house itself is beautiful and well maintained. Everything worked! You also didn't have that musty smell that often comes with shore houses. The only negative was that both of the smaller bedrooms had trundle beds. It would have been better if 1 had a queen. But that wasn't that big of a deal. Our family had a wonderful time there. I would recommend it to anyone considering an LBI vacation!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, well appointed and in a great location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
