Living room of unit - Destin, FL - Florida Vacation Condo Rental Beachside Two condo is a beautiful 2BR 2BA located on the 13th floor of Beachside II in Sandestin Resort & has breathtaking Gulf Front views of the Gulf Front & coastline. 2 BALCONIES !!! BOTH ARE GULF-FRONT BALCONIES ! BRAND NEW GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, NEW APPLIANCES, NEW CABINETS IN NEWLY REMODELED & COMPLETELY UPDATED KITCHEN ! THIS CONDO IS LOCATED IN - 1 of 4 - GULF-FRONT HIGH-RISE CONDO BLDG'S THAT ARE LOCATED CLOSEST TO OCEAN (OF ANY IN DESTIN BEST AREA'S) & IS IN SANDESTIN RESORT ( WHICH IS 1 of 2 DEFACTO "BEST RESORTS" in ALL OF DESTIN). THIS IS A RARE CONDO -- THAT HAS NOT JUST 1 BALCONY -- INSTEAD IT HAS 2 BALCONIES !!! BOTH ARE GULF FRONT BALCONIES !!! WITH 1 OFF LIVING ROOM & ANOTHER OFF MASTER BEDROOM !!! The guest room has twin beds and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There's a TV, VCR, stereo in the living room, & a TV in each bedroom + an extra VCR. This condo decor rating is a Gold / Silver blend condo. The Gold rated decor area's are the awesome Kitchen, Dining Room, 1 of the Bedrooms, & 1 of the Bathrooms. The Silver rated decor area's are the Living Room, 1 of the Bed Rooms & 1 of the Bathrooms. The views are all heavenly ! LIVE BAND ! ... this condo is extra special because you can sit on your private balconies & listen FREE to the live band at the pool playing Jimmy Buffet type music daily 1pm-5pm (and you do not have to pay the $30-$40 per day resort amenity fee that the people renting from the resort rental are automatically charged). You can also sit around our Beachside Two pool for free to listen to the band (it is right next to the Finz pool (aka Elephant Walk). Our pool is just as close to the band. Beachside Two condo building: ... is arguably the premier spot in Sandestin Resort which covers 2400 acres. Sandestin is by far the largest, most beautifully landscaped, with the most free amenities of any resort in NW FL. The kids love many things but Joilee Island (Curuso style treehouse is a favorite). The new Village at Baytowne Wharf (at Sandestin resort) is "like New Orleans & Seaside Community all rolled into one". There's many things there for every member of the family - there's many places for food, music, specialty shopping, art, even water taxi's. There's free events certain nights each week (music concert Wednesday nights & movie night o Thursday nights) both are held on the green in the town center of Baytowne. COVERED PARKING: ... Beachside Two building is one of only about 4 buildings in Destin that have covered parking. You can park in the shade (so car isn't boiling hot) & you can to/from condo from the car without getting wet if there's an afternoon rain shower. 24-Hour Gated Security Resort: ... Sandestin Resort is an ultra safe family resort. Sandestin Resort charges their renters over $3200 per week in Spring Break or Summer for any 2/2 in Beachside Two. We only accept Gold or Platinum rated condo's -- where Sandestin & other resorts accept even the lessor rated Silver & Bronze rated condo's. Those makeup approximately 50% of the units the resort. We only give you the best & at much lower prices because we only charge our owners under half the fee that the Resort would charge them. So you the renter & the owner both come out much better !
