GBR has arranged for free Sandestin tram rides for our guests to Baytowne Wharf & back 7 days per week 4:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

From your master bedroom bed you have gorgeous sunrises & look right out on the ocean. The guest room has twin beds and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There's a TV, VCR, stereo in the living room, & a TV in each bedroom + an extra VCR.
LIVE BAND !
... this condo is extra special because you can sit on your private balconies & listen FREE to the live band at the pool playing Jimmy Buffet type music daily 1pm-5pm (and you do not have to pay the $30-$40 per day resort amenity fee that the people renting from the resort rental are automatically charged). You can also sit around our Beachside Two pool for free to listen to the band (it is right next to the Finz pool (aka Elephant Walk). Our pool is just as close to the band.
Beachside Two condo building:
... is arguably the premier spot in Sandestin Resort which covers 2400 acres. Sandestin is by far the largest, most beautifully landscaped, with the most free amenities of any resort in NW FL.
The kids love many things but Joilee Island (Curuso style treehouse is a favorite). The new Village at Baytowne Wharf (at Sandestin resort) is "like New Orleans & Seaside Community all rolled into one". There's many things there for every member of the family - there's many places for food, music, specialty shopping, art, even water taxi's. There's free events certain nights each week (music concert Wednesday nights & movie night o Thursday nights) both are held on the green in the town center of Baytowne.
COVERED PARKING:
... Beachside Two building is one of only about 4 buildings in Destin that have covered parking. You can park in the shade (so car isn't boiling hot) & you can to/from condo from the car without getting wet if there's an afternoon rain shower.

We decided to head to Destin this past week for a last minute trip before the end of our summer vacation and my emails were returned immediately by the owners which was very helpful. My husband and I and our 2 teenagers (18 & 15) just returned from our stay in this great condo and will definitely return! The beds were very comfy, the views were amazing & the room was even nicer in person than the pictures represent! The bottle of wine welcoming us was an extra special touch! The resort area is very clean and the building was well maintained. I was very, very pleased!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
