  My family and I had a very relaxing time at this house,the place was clean and up to date. Location was perfect,45 minutes from many beaches ( Seista keys,sarasota,venice beach ect.) Also 10 minutes from the harbor where there are many things to do(rent boats,kayaks,paddle boards,fishing,entertainment,and much more). Even Santa was there. At the house the fishing was great ,We caught many kinds of fish like spotties,red snapper, catfish, and Snook. Relaxed in the hot tub, and sat by the pool to unwind.Or boat down th canel .Neighbors were very nice and friendly along with the people in town. Places to go Harpoon Harrys (entertainment and food) Fishing supplies (Fishing Franks) GREAT GUY and staff Shopping (Fishermans village ,sarasota,) Beaches (Siesta Keys , Venice ) Already talking about next year. P.S. The owner of the property Doug was very nice to deal with so I highly recomend the property. NO HASSLES.

  We enjoyed this home a lot,it is private,clean,modern,and comfortably accommodated our group of a couple,a child,and three single adults. Our grandson had a ball searching for the little harmless lizards that are all over Florida and nonstop swimming in the screened in nice sized pool. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and just relaxing in the private back yard area; we liked watching the fish jump in the canal and exploring in the canoe for awhile. The town of Port Charlotte is nearby and only minutes away for groceries and other wants and needs. We had a great seafood meal at a place called the Village Fish Market and just a 40 minute drive took us to a beautiful low key state park on the ocean called Stump Pass State Park, the beach was clean and non commercial in every way so it was very laid back and relaxing.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Where do I begin....from the moment we arrived at the house we felt welcomed and at home. The house was exactly as it was described….private but not too far from the local stores, clean, and very cozy. It’s the perfect getaway for a family, a group of friends, or couples. The sunrise/sunset were absolutely beautiful and very romantic and there is so much to do…canoeing, biking, fishing, etc….and at the end of the day the hot tub is the perfect place to relax ?. Overall, our experience here was so much fun and full of adventure! We absolutely loved the atmosphere, and the house. We didnt want to leave. GREAT vacation home!!

  This is a great property for an extended stay. The facilities are in very good shape and everything is comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and if you think the house needs something they are happy to provide. The rental property is well located in Port Charlotte and is within reasonable driving distance to Siesta Key Beach and area outlet shopping malls. As well there are plenty of first class golf courses in the area.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  Everything was as described, clean, recently renovated, the pool was well maintained, and the pictures don't do the place justice. There is a large living area that includes the living room, open kitchen, dining area and a sitting room overlooking the backyard with a view of the water. Also there is broadband wired/wireless internet access for free along with Direct TV a DVD player and Wii. I tied them all and all work perfectly. Nice quiet neighborhood too.

  Property is just as described-everything is new, clean and owners thought of all details to make this a luxury location. Privacy is a plus-nice neighborhood for walking, but completely private pool and backyard and not even a house across the canal! Quiet area. Relax in sitting room and watch the water, the birds-open plan for living space is large-everything clean, clean. Convenient location- highly recommend this property.
