  I had such an amazing time down in marathon staying at this house! Lobster season was great and we had an even better time this year because we found this dream house. I definitely think that people have not fully experienced the Keys until they have stayed in this house.

  We recently stayed at 73 Coco Plum on Key Colony Beach for a week and had an amazing time. Our group of 9 adults (and a few dogs) were more than comfortable the entire week and had more than enough space. Donna and Doug made sure everything was taken care of and were very easy to deal with on arrival and departure. As others have said, the pictures do not do the home justice and you will not be disappointed. The outdoor TV and stereo were so nice to have along with the additional (beer) fridge & freezer outside. The grounds were well maintained and fenced in (which was a plus) and the outdoor landscape lighting was exceptional. We rented a boat for several days from Tropical Boat Rentals (which was conveniently located right next door,) and spent our time exploring the reefs and waters around Marathon. I've visited the Keys for years and this was definitely one of the best trips I've had. Thanks again!

  My husband and I came down with a large group of friends (mostly other couples) and this house was perfect! We were able to interact and still had our own space. The outdoor area is wonderful (grill, pool, television, stereo, sofas and tables) and we spent most of our time outside. I would suggest this house to any larger groups. The only drawback of our stay was that Marathon had incredibly bad mosquitos and after dusk you MUST have some serious bug spray.

  I planned my husband's 50th birthday here. We invited family and friends to stay and had the BEST time. House is absoutely perfect! Inside and most definitely outside! The chicee was our hangout for the week, that and the pool. Everything is close by(Publix, Kmart, restaurants....) Catch 53, behind the Holiday Inn Express, was a great hang out. We ALL want to go back and we ALL would come right back to this home! We miss it, alot! Thanks Donna for helping to make my husband's 50th birthday a true treasure!

  We have just spent a wonderful week in The Keys and this lovely home was always nice to come home to at the end of a busy day. The house was spacious and fully equipped for self-catering. It was very clean and well maintained with plenty of towels and bed linens. We made good use of the outside area as it was perfect for having fun and using the BBQ while watching the family swim in the pool. We rented a boat and the dockage area was large enough for manoeuvering the boat with ease. Marathon is central to everything and only 45 minutes drive away is Key West. I would recommend this property as a very suitable vacation home. Check out the Island Fish Restaurant nearby - the pistachio chicken wrap is super yummy.

  My husband and I, along with three other couples, rented this house for our 20th wedding anniversary and had a ball. The heated pool was great and we spent more time outside than in. We rarely used the kitchen and used the gas grill. We were completely satisfied with everything. Donna was very accommadating. We will be back.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

  We stayed at this property for Xmas and New Year 2011. There were 10 people in our party. It is conveniently located as a central base for a vacation in the Florida Keys. The house is completely private and totally enclosed. The outside facilities at this house are fantastic, the Tiki hut provides great entertainment, and the pool is a decent size. The Hammock is wonderful for a mid afternoon snooze. The 100 ft dock was awesome for mooring our rental boat to. It also provided hours of fun for fishing. We had a problem with the cooker in the main house which was inconvenient, but Adam and Donna dealt with this as quickly as they could. Pool temperature was a little temperamental so Adam called the pool Company out to deal with it. The property is next to a boat yard, which was busy over the holiday season, with them retrieving boats from the storage racks and power washing the boats before rental and power washing them on return. This wasn't that much of a hassle and not that noisy, but it was busy till 9.30/10.00 at night.

  My family and I spent a week in this wonderful place! We had a group of 12 and could not have been happier. The place is well maintained, easy to get to with an abundance of things to do near by. We rented boats that were delivered right to the dock! The fishing off the dock alone was pure entertainment! The chickee hut & pool are very clean and like brand new. I would recommend this place hands down above any we have ever stayed in. Looking forward to getting back down and staying there again over this summer! You will not be disappointed!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
