The reviewers nailed the description...it is a beautiful condo. Photographs don't do justice to the condo...you must stay here to fully appreciate it. Your blood-pressure and heartrate will drop with the sound of the waves gently crashing onto the white sandy beach. We love how the doors of the condo open up wide on the front and back of the unit, the breezes from the Gulf are so refreshing and relaxing. This is the penthouse...the views are amazing!
The condo has been updated with new kitchen and furniture. The outdoor patio is one-of-a-kind...it is huge. It is awesome in that it receives full sun as well as shade. When you go to the beach it is a short and easy walk from the building. We have beachchairs in our storage area ready for your use.

Keywords: This is your vacation...stay in the PENTHOUSE on the 14th floor at Sandcastle I in Marco Island, FL! It might cost a little more, but it is totally worth it. The first words out of your mouth will be 'wow'. The view to the water allows you to see the dolphins swimming parallel along the sandbar. The condo has been rennovated by a professional designer it includes a state of the art kitchen...it's totally decked out. We recently installed a new 46' Hi Definition / wifi TV. Wifi is included throughout our condo & patio's. We also have a house-music system. Hands down, Sandcastle 1 is one of the best managed condos in Marco Island. Holly & Linda are so friendly, responsive and helpful. The residents in Sandcastle 1 are so warm and gracious...you'll make friends with so many people. The sunset and sunrise views are simply amazing. Every evening plan to have a sunset happy hour from the balcony or patio...it is a show you don't want to miss. Condo is super clean & clutter-free. Our calendar is up-to-date.

We love Marco as we have been coming down for several years - now we love it even more - This unit is beautiful - and the balcony/terraces are unbelievable!!!! The huge terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy sun on a day that would be too cool on the beach (we were there in January) - I loved being on the terrace at night and looking at all the stars - The location of the condo is great - it is on a nice part of the beach and you can walk to some restaurants, the movie theatre, and some shops. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. This is the place to stay!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We've been vacationing in Marco for many years. This condo, by far, was the best ever ! We immediately felt at home - everything was clean and updated. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was top of the line ! The location, Gulf view - Perfect. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants. The balcony space is massive. Everything exceeded our expectations ! Bart - Your'e a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your Marco Home. We look forward to visiting again and again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We really like the island atmosphe. In Marco there is so much to do...beach, boating, relaxing, shelling. Marco Island has a great atmosphere. We are minutes from Marco Walk Plaza, google it. Our favorites are Marco Movies and Da Vinci's that we walk to frequently.
