This Condo L204 is one of a select few condo rentals available on Maui featuring panoramic ocean front views,and just a few steps to georgous Kaanapali beach directly in front of our building. Our condo has been completely renovated with a deluxe gourmet kitchen, honeymoon walkin shower for two in natural Travertine stone, two tropical ceiling paddle fans and air conditioning. For your viewing enjoyment we have provided two Flat Screen HDTV's, the living room one is 42" w/Blu Ray and a 32" HDTV w/DVD in the bedroom. As owners, we visit our condo often to keep it in top condition as an A+ unit. We've also added a new Perfect Sleeper king size bed. Additionally our L building is not only the newest at Papakea, but also the only one that offers full unobstructed views of both of the nearby islands of Molokai and Lanai. Be aware that some owners imply they are ocean front or just a few steps to the water but honestly may only have a narrow between the buildings partial ocean view. Only the A,F & L buildings are true ocean front and only the L building consistently has a beach, which is why we are frequently booked.
We now have a large 42 inch Flat Screen HDTV with Blu-Ray, CD/Cassette stereo, washer and dryer, and a new queen sofa sleeper w/6" mattress for extra guests. Artwork adorns the walls and great sunsets are featured daily. From your private lanai your eyes will wonder up and down the beach or out across the ocean to the neighbor islands of Molokai and Lanai.
While enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner from your own private balcony you'll watch with pure amazement as whales, dolphins and turtles play. When day turns to night your rest will be accompanied by the gentle sound of the ocean surf. We are right next to an excellent swimming and snorkeling beach. Numerous Sea turtles reside just 100 yards off shore. Our shore line is also a favorite spot for surfers, long board, short board, wind surfing and kite surfing, they all love it. Many other beaches and snorkeling areas are located nearby.
In addition to a better view our second floor location provides added privacy and security, which is far superior to ground floor units. Your privacy will not be interrupted with daily maid service, which is provided upon checkout. You'll unfortunately find that there is limited availability of our condo. This is due to our many returning guests. It is thus important to make reservations early.

Here we are, enjoying a walk on the beach, directly in front of our condo. Florie and I have thoroughly enjoyed upgrading our condo to the highest standards, much to the delight of our guests. We visit here at least twice a year and are continually making improvements. We hope you'll come for a visit, relax and enjoy the amazing view.

This is probably the nicest condo that we have stayed in. You just open the sliding glass door to the lanai and you can hear the ocean. It was wonderful having breakfast each morning and looking at the ocean from the lanai. The kitchen was well equiped, the bathroom nicely updated and my husband really liked the flat screened TV's. The unit is very close to one of the pools with many BBQ grills. We would love to come back when the whales are more in season. We really enjoyed "Warren & Annabelle's Comedy Show" in Lahaina (old fashioned slight of hand). The property is close to restaurants, a grocery store and just 10 mins. from Lahaina. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Aloha! Your rental was truly fabulous and very well taken care of. We're just home from our first visit to Maui (no one wanted to leave) and we found the resort, and especially your unit perfect for our family with two young children. The upgraded bathroom was beautiful, the kitchen had everything we needed, the washer/dryer came in very handy, and all of the toys provided for picnicing, snorkeling, putting, and tennis were a great bonus. We enjoyed the eyepopping view every single morning and evening from the lanai. The location was convenient to stores, beaches, and restaurants in the area. Thank you for a great first experience of Maui. We'd love to return in the future.

"We just returned from our 6th trip to Papakea, our first stay in this specific unit. It is by far the best upgraded space we have stayed in. The owners truly know how to treat their quests well. It was as if we were staying in a well equipped home, with a gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Molokai and Lanai directly out our front window. The logistics of staying at the property were handled flawlessly. The unit was clean, well appointed, and fully stocked with handy items, like coolers, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, putters,etc. This unit at Papakea has our vote for a great place to stay. We loved the King sized bed (rare), and the beautiful bathroom."

We just got back from a week long stay on Maui - our 5th time visiting the island and this was our second time staying in a Papakea property. Jerry has done a superb job with his condo, it was extremely comfortable and had all the right amenities to it. We even had people on the beach, wanting to know where we purchased our beach chairs, we told them they were provided by our wonderful condo! The Perfect Sleeper King bed was an absolute excellent choice of an upgrade to the condo...very comfortable. And we loved the patio furniture - our nightly dinners on the lanai watching the sunset made for memorable evenings. I would definitely stay in Jerry's condo again. An Oceanfront is definitely the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at L204 in late June. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The oceanfront unit is conveniently located near the beach and just upstairs from a pool (w/spa, cabana and BBQs). We appreciated the extra items available for use: golf clubs for the putting green, games, CDs... The kitchen certainly had everything I needed. Our kids were excited about the new big-screen TV, and we enjoyed the new comfortable king-size bed! The owners were responsive and reliable; we were happy to receive our deposit so quickly after our return. We would definitely rent from them again. We have stayed in four different units at Papakea. This particular unit is located in the best building and is a great bargain. The grounds are secure and well-maintained, and the location is beautiful. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening from the lanai while eating fresh, grilled fish. (Heaven!) We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

My wife and I found you through our participation in VRBO. We were delighted by the entire experience and your condo is a delight, fully furnished, all we needed was some suntan lotion and a few good books. It is an amazing location and your property takes full advantage of it. The central Maui location puts everything at your finger tips, if you can tear yourself away from the lania and the wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Thanks for sharing your wonderful expeience and fully equiped comfortable condo.
