  We enjoyed our stay here for a KU game. Only problem was we ran out of hot water for showers. Other than that it was great and was clean.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Myself and 3 friends stayed for one night as we were in town for a basketball game and all nice hotels were completely booked. It was perfect for us! Two bed, two bath and a nice kitchen and dining area was all we needed, especially since we hardly spent any time there. If you're just looking for a comfortable place to lay your head, this is perfect for you. I will definitely keep this in mind for my next trip to Lawrence. Note: this place did not supply a hair dryer - pack accordingly.

  Six of us stayed,at this condo, for the ISU-KU Football Game. Great location, short drive to KU Stadium, Hi-Vee, and Wayne & Larry's Sports Bar. The condo is better than the photos indicate, very clean, with that "home" feeling. Everything we needed was there. We cooked breakfast both mornings. Lots of water pressure in both showers. We had a big Van, and the parking, just outside the condo, in an open garage was just fine. The hardest park, was looking at golfers, on the course, just outside the living & sunroom, windows, and not having time to play! When we come back to Lawrence, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you

  Very comfortable, clean and lovely. We stayed in Lawrence for a KU football game and this condo was perfectly located to everything. They had all we needed to be comfortable for 3 nights, much better than a hotel room!

  This worked out beautifully for the four of us. Unit was clean and comfortable and most affordable. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Lawrence.

  This was the most perfect location for the group of bridesmaids to stay at. Not only was the condo equipt with everything we could have ever needed, but it was so cute that the bride even did the before (getting ready) pictures at this location. We had the most amazing stay and hopefully will be able to use this property again when we visit Lawrence in the future. It was close to everything we needed, and the pool was a definite plus!

  The listing was very accurate, the condo was very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recomend this property to any one that wants a place to stay close to KU, affordable and very confortable. Easy access and well worth the rent.

  Although there were a few glitches in the condo, it fit our family's needs for Thanksgiving. It was very economical and clean.

  If anything, the description didn't do the property justice! Although the exterior is showing its age a little, the interior has been carefully maintained and updated. All appliances, fixtures, linens, etc. are in great shape. The owner was so personable and gracious in responding and explaining the arrangements to access the property; upon opening the door it was so bright and clean. We might have misunderstood, but we thought one of the two bedrooms had twin beds -- they both have queen size. Having two, full bathrooms with 6 of us staying there was wonderful -- no waiting for showers or "mirror time". Within walking distance to most of the KU dorms; on busline, but parking was convenient as well. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends, relatives and even strangers who are interested. My first VRBO experience and it was an excellent one.
