We just returned from our vacation at Sterling Breeze Unit # 2104. This unit was exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was very spacious and the view of the gulf from the 21st floor was absolutely breath taking. There were a few things that prevented me from giving this unit a 5 star rating - #1. Carpet needed to be cleaned. I would rip it up and have laminate or hardwood floors installed as the carpet is starting to show signs of wear. #2. The furniture in the living room needs cleaned, specifically the swivel chair and the sofa. #3. The granite countertops in the bathrooms are very dull- there are products that can bring the brilliance and shine back to the granite that can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot. #4. The toilet in the hall bath had a hard water ring around the bowl and could have been cleaner. #5. The hook on the back of the master bath door is loose. #6. All the shower caddies need to be replaced as they are starting to rust. #7. Whomever is doing the cleaning is using a wood polish on the "wood like" laminate furniture. This is not necessary as the furniture is not real wood and only ruins the finish on the furniture. Warm water with a little Murphy's oil soap will do the trick. #8. The kitchen cabinets could use a good wiping down. #9. The kitchen floors could use a "thorough" cleaning. #10. Dump the crumbs out of the toaster and wipe and clean the toaster. #11. Invest in a new coffee maker. # 12. The elevators could use some "tlc" - not tne cleanest. These are just small things from a very picky person, as these things may not have been an issue for the average renter. Overall it was a great stay and I would "definitely" return. One last thing, Lucinda from Blue Sun was great!!!! We needed to stay an additional night at the condo, so I called Luncinda, she called me right back after contacting the owner to let me know she had taken care of everything and we were good to go for another night. Great condo! Great pool! Great beach! Great location!
