Rosemary Beach Funhouse - 313 E. Water St - Rosemary Beach, FL
South of 30A near the Coquina Pool and Eastern Green; 5 bedrooms/3.5 + .5 baths; sleeps 14; 3500 square feet. This Rosemary Beach stalwart has new owners and has been completely repainted and the hardwood floors refinished. The house has been professionally refurnished from top to bottom including new kitchen appliances. The Funhouse still features the third floor game room with foosball and game table leading to roof top deck with Gulf and Town Views.
Ground Floor: Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have 15 foot ceilings, ceiling fans and stained concrete floors. The master suite has a king bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, side chair, dresser, 2 closets and a private bathroom with double vanity sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps and private bath with Jacuzzi tub/shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, bedside table with lamp, small armoire with TV and drawers. The final bedroom has a king bed, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, side chair with ottoman and dresser. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects this king bedroom with the twin bedroom. Each side has a private sink/toilet area adjoining a shared walk-in shower area. Access the outdoor shower from the shared shower area. Laundry room has a super capacity washer and dryer.
Second Floor: The large living area with soaring ceilings gives an open airy feeling, while the warm woods of the floors, beams, and moldings lend a homey and old-time touch reminiscent of beach homes gone by. Living area has wood-burning fireplace, sofa, 3 plush side chairs, 2 lamps, window seat, 36” LCD TV, stereo, MP3 docking station, DVD, and a game table with 4 chairs which can also serve as an additional dining table. The dining area has a large table that seats 8. The office area has a desk, daybed with twin mattress and twin trundle bed. Cooks of any level of proficiency will find the kitchen to be well appointed with stainless appliances, gas range, frig with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. Spacious porches are outfitted with numerous cushioned chairs and tables plus a picnic table with bench allowing outdoor relaxation and dining. Gas grill is off kitchen on grilling deck.
Third Story: The third level is the 5th bedroom / game room which features a card table with 4 chairs, foosball table and TV. Fully stocked with many board games, books, and stereo. The seating area has two comfortable rocker chairs, 2 daybeds with twin mattresses and 2 twin trundles underneath. Enjoy spectacular gulf views from the roof top balcony, a great place to take in the sunset over the gulf while sitting in the deck chairs.
Outside: Fabulous private outdoor shower. Front porch has 4 comfortable cushioned chairs with tables for relaxation. Parking for up to 3 cars (third car will block in other 2 cars).

The main house & carriage house worked out great for our family reunion. The location worked out great for access to the pool, beach & of course...the Sugar Shack! We enjoyed Paradis & 30A Chops with our family. No oil on the beach, just friendly people. We have to go, but will be back soon.

What another wonderful year at Rosemary Beach! My husband and I stayed in the carriage house while my parents, grandparents, sisters & brothers stayed in the main house. The carriage house was a romantic retreat for the both of us. Even though Mother Nature hasn't been sunny, we had a great time playing in the rain. See you next year, Rosemary!

We enjoyed our week very much. This is our 4th year in Rosemary Beach & our favorite house so far. The pool and beach are the perfect distance from the house. Our son (4 years old) loved the spiral stircase. He was a "scary monster" coming down the stairs (over and over). Thanks for allowing us to spend time in your home!

We had a wonderful time here at Rosemary Beach. Your house is beautiful! The decor, layout and location are perfect! We loved going to the pool and beach everyday. This is our sixth year at Rosemary...& this is our favorite house. We had a week filled with fun, exercise and relaxation. We can't wait to return!

We easily enjoyed the pool and beach, and made daily trips to town for shopping, dining and, of course, to the Sugar Shack. We had a lovely time in your incredibly comfortable beach home and in the town of Rosemary. The weather was a perfect mix of spring and winter! We celebrated Thanksgiving with 3 sets of families and watched the town start off the holiday season with the Christmas Tree lighting and Holiday Market. A great time was had by all!
