The Duggan House in Rosemary Beach offers 3508 square feet of grand living space. Five bedrooms, three and half baths, six flat screen televisions, screened sitting porch, outdoor grilling area, and roof top and Gulf views of Rosemary Beach come together with exquisite interior design and New Orleans style architecture to offer the vacation experience of a lifetime. Sleeps up to 10 people in the main house plus 4 more people in the optional carriage house (see Duggan Carriage House listing for details, VRBO #54788).

You will be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools (1 heated), 8 clay tennis courts (add'l fee), fitness center (add'l fee), spa (add'l fee), playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

Ground Floor: Large elegant entry hall with grandfather clock and elegant buffet to catch all those “by the door” items. Master bath with his and her vanity sinks with sitting areas, huge double walk-in tiled shower, and huge soaking tub. (The master bedroom is actually on the 2nd floor - its bath on the first floor.) Off the master bath is a private sitting porch with sofa and 2 chairs – quiet private place for rest and relaxation. First queen guest bedroom with beautiful bedding, 32” flat panel TV, 2 bedside tables, and 2 lamps plus a ceiling fan. Second queen guest bedroom has beautiful bedding, 32” flat panel TV, bedside table with lamp, armoire, and ceiling fan. Both of these bedrooms share an adjoining bath with granite double sink vanity and tub /shower. Both bedrooms have French doors leading out to ground floor porch with swing and glider. Direct access to boardwalk that leads to Rosemary’s famous Coquina pool just 2 houses away. Large laundry room with super capacity washer and dryer and laundry sink.

Second Story: Sixteen foot ceilings and hardwood floors grace the second story. Master bedroom (private stairs lead from master bath up to bedroom) with king bed, 40” flat panel TV, and French doors leading to private sitting porch with 2 comfortably cushioned teak chairs and cocktail table. Separate formal dining room with large table with eight chairs has adjoining parade deck as well. Living room features beautiful leather sofa, two leather side chairs, gas fireplace, 50” flat panel TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, and wireless high speed internet connectivity. Gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, cherry cabinetry, stainless GE monogram fridge, Viking 4-burner range with center griddle, microwave, dishwasher, deep stainless steel sink, and breakfast bar with 2 tall bar stools. Kitchen also has a 13” LCD TV on the counter. French doors open off living room and kitchen to a large deck overlooking the boardwalk and offering partial gulf views, teak and cushioned sofa and chairs for complete outdoor enjoyment. Powder room completes the 2nd floor.

Third Story: Large queen bedroom with incredible new bedding, antique sofa plus 19” flat panel TV, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp and ceiling fan. Twin bedroom with adorable boat style bed with trundle, TV / DVD, kids table and chairs, rockers and toy chest. Shared hall bathroom with granite sink top, and tiled shower.

Tower Room: Ascend a wide spiral staircase from the 2nd story to the incredible Tower Room. Enjoy magnificent roof-top and gulf views while having cocktails with friends or read your favorite book away from the rest of the action of the house. Room features a plush love seat as well as 2 large comfortable side chairs. Wet bar with mini-fridge and sink. French doors open to a balcony overlooking the entirety of Rosemary Beach.
