Just a short walk from the beach, this four bedroom, five bath home features lagoon views, plus an extra bonus sleeping area. This home is located behind the second gate, in the private Vanderhorst Plantation. Guests enjoy such amenities as unlimited long distance, high speed wireless internet, gas grill, and wood fireplace. Community pool access is available to renters. Square Feet: 4707
The main living areas have hardwoods throughout. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD. The kitchen has such amenities has granite counters, wine cooler and seating the kitchen island. The dining area can easily seat up 8 guests is open to the living area and kitchen. The dining area also opens up onto the lagoon view. A den offers a sleeper sofa and deck access. A screened gazebo, along with the deck, offers plenty of outdoor living space with spectacular lagoon views.
The master suite features a king bed, TV, and private deck overlooking the lagoon. The master bath offers a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The third bedroom with two twins also has a private bath. The fourth bedroom with queen bed and TV has access to a hall bath. A bonus sleeping area located off the hall next to the third bedroom has twin bed with trundle.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
