Villa Exzeria is a newly constructed 3 bedroom 3 bath building enclosed and completely private. It is located just off the main road leading down to Cane Garden Bay. It has automatic gate entry to the property.
The second floor level has a spacious great room which includes the modern kitchen and family room, with doors that lead onto the deck which over looks beautiful Cane Garden Bay.
The main bedroom is tastefully furnished with a great view of the bay. All 3 bedrooms have new flat screen TV's. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full sized bed.
The first floor has a separate entrance and it's own kitchen dining and sitting area that opens on to the deck and the view of Cane Garden Bay. It is furnished with the same elegance as upstairs. This bedroom has a queen sized bed.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this rental! We rented the one bedroom apartment on the lower level. It was the perfect size for the two of us and a great location. It looked just like the pictures. Its about a 20 minute drive from both Road Town and West End, which was great for our arrival/departure and our day trips to other islands. When we arrived we took the ferry into West End and rented a car and it was a very easy drive to the rental. And for our day trips we went to Jost Van Dyke one day and the ferry left from West End and we went to Virgin Gorda another day and the ferry left from Road Town. There are some great restaurants and a small grocery store in Cane Garden Bay which is just a short drive from the rental. And Sage Mountain National Park is really close and was a great place to go for a hike. It is pretty easy to find the house and the apartment felt private and quite. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view of Cane Garden Bay and liked that we could cook our own meals at the rental house to try to save some money. It was also very clean and did not have a lot of clutter. I have seen some rental homes that have tons of nick-knacks and themed vacation home decorations scattered around all the rooms and really liked that this house did not have any of that. Overall, a great place to stay on Tortola!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We (two couples) had the pleasure of staying at Villa Exzeria in Sept 2012. The accommodations were exactly as described on VRBO. The owner, Don Martin, was very active in helping us plan our stay to include quick responses via email and phone, answering all our questions. He also offered help with car rental and a boating excursion. His brother Al was available on Tortola to help with any needs and met us upon arrival. He showed us around the villa and where everything was located. The villa is conveniently located on Luck Hill Rd between Road Town and Cane Garden Bay in a quiet area. It is approx. two to three minutes down to Cane Garden bay and seven to eight minutes to Road Town. Pack lightly because the villa has a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable with cold A/C. Even in the heat of Sept the living area stayed cool enough because of the breezes from the hillside perch. The top floor, which we occupied, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an en suite bath with flat screen tv and the other has the bathroom with a tub right outside the bedroom door. The concrete construction provides great quiet between the bedrooms and the lower floor. Our favorite spot was the large balcony with views of Cane Garden bay and beautiful sunsets. We spent most evenings on the balcony grilling out and in awe of the view. We definitely would not hesitate to stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
